Quite simply i couldnt care less about the clothes he wears. He works very hard for the dukaan. And its reflected in the comfy clothes and worn shoes he wears. I do care about hygiene and wish he bathed regularly (as we havent gotten verfication that he has started doing that).
Now if Pandya store became really big and they were able to hire more workers then a shift to "better" clothes for Shiva seems reasonable. But rn I mostly just see him working the most for it.
