Part 2 :

The sound of the constantly beeping machines and faint conversations woke him from his slumber. 3 hours, this was the longest he ever slept since the last 3 weeks. Ever since Raavi was declared in the state of comatose he had refused to leave her side.

His brown orbs fluttered open as the incident replayed in his head , he was not with her when it happened but he can't imagine the extreme pain she went through , he looked over at his wife , his Raavi as she laid down on the hospital bed with wires connected to her , he didn't realise he was holding his breath as he saw her .

that tragic day when he felt like his whole world shattered , his wife was fighting for her life .

Shiva sat next to her , never leaving her side , it was his every day routine now . He wanted to be there when she gets up , he held her hand in the hope that there might be a small movement , a small hope as he stared at her face filled with bruises of cuts and stitches, a small tear left his eye .

Raavi and silence, these are two words that were never used in a single sentence but now this accident made that possible.

Ravi and her continuous chattering , she was one blabber mouth but now, she hasn't uttered a word since the last 3 weeks, leave alone talk she hasn't even moved.

It was late in the evening , when his nap was broken by a small knock on the door

It was the doctors coming in for the routine check , he stood up and walked next to the doctor in a hope to hear a good news , maybe shes getting better but was left disappointed

Though Shiva had tried to stay strong all this time,the truth was that he was starting to loose all hope.

For the first time in life he was scared, scared to loose her, his Raavi.

Shiva walked out of the room to grab a cup of hot coffe not before placing a kiss on her forehead and making sure there was a nurse with her , he was in need of caffeine right now. His whole body was exhausted .

He walked to the canteen and sat in the most isolated area while continuously sipping his hot coffe

"Shiva shiva !" he heard someone call his , he looked up and saw dhara Bhabhi. She looked at him with concern

" shiva chinta mat karo , woh teek ho jayegi "

Dhara tried to assure him but shiva dint listen

" Kaise , kaise chinta nah karu , woh mare wajah sae yaha padhi hai "

He said as he completely broke down , he tried to stay strong but how long can he pretend at a point every emotion of his would burst out .

" nahi nahi shiva yeh tumharai wajasae nahi huwa please apna aap koh blame mut karna , please "

She hugged him while rubbing his back trying to assure him as he cried uncontrollably

" bhabhi I miss her , her smile , her irritating me I cant - I just cant live without her I miss my chipkali ,

my life feels incomplete -"

He cried

Dhara stayed and hugged him , making sure he is okay , she knew he hid all his emotions in front of the family but she could see through him very well .

Shiva noticed doctors running to raavi's room . He ran there as he wiped his tears

" doctor kya huwa , raavi teek hai "

He asked with fear

" Mr . Pandya aesa kuch Bura nahi huwa actually our nurse noticed a small movement , so we came to check "

The doctor said as he squeezed Shiva's shoulder lightly with a smile

Shiva felt as if he was on cloud nine

so emotional and at the same time heartbreaking....😭
