And the fact that there were a lot of Shivi scenes was I don't know why but I felt like Raavi took that first step in their relationship with athat saree pally scene. Otherwise, someone who didn't really care, could easily just walk to the porch of her house and sit while Shiva fixed the bike.
But then Shiva had to insult her. 🤦🏾♀️And then when the poor girl was clutching to him with gundas around, he has opportunity to tell at her and call her panauti🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️. And their banter continues. Hopefully, that will bring them closer when they are locked up and they will work together as a team to be freed. And they'll realize that they don't make a bad team when they work together.i know, the chances are slim, but I am excited for tomorrow's episode. Just hope Janardhan's scenes are minimal.
Hello Friend
I feel Raavi is a soft person. She can't hate someone. She is hurt because of the situation. Originally she is a softie. In that saree pallu scene we can see that she is understanding.
I did not like Shiva calling her panauti. And I want Shiva to fall in love first. I have soft corner for Raavi. I want to see her happy and get so much of love from Shiva.

IKR!! There is something very genuine about that girl. I absolutely adore her.
I’m looking forward to their journey. It’s goo to be so good.
Have to agree with everyone here, today's episode was such a treat! (and sorry for the long post! Wanted to get all my thoughts in, and honestly, by the time I write it all, you all might've moved on to talk about something else😆)
I thought there would be no ShiVi scenes until after the kidnapping (when they would be given the privacy to talk/scream out their frustrations since they haven't yet), but I love these brief romance scenes as well!
After getting married, I've noticed how Shiva constantly looks towards Raavi. We never get the inner workings of his mind, but I think that's for the better. We could interpret those gazes of his as so many things! Curiosity (wondering what new action his biwi would take); admiration (for being so strong despite everything that happened); anger (for her not being the caring wife he'd always wanted/for being Maami Ki Behen Ki Beti). I don't think he looks at her with disgust anymore. I think seeing her almost die made him realize what life would be without Raavi (I really wish I could read Shiva's thoughts during the entire wedding sequence), and that made him get rid of some of his hatred. These silent gazes only make their couple more interesting, and I for one cannot get enough of them.
Less is more, and ShiVi proves that once again!
Today's silent gaze of watching Raavi yawn and then Shiva yawning right after was cute. It could be a prelude of how in the future, he'll be respecting and following her. His gaze towards her in the bike mirror was heart warming. He never cared for her, and even Raavi was thinking back to the moment where he told her to sit "properly." But for this one time, he understood her discomfort despite her not saying a word. When I watched this scene, it reminded me of Shiva telling Rishita, "This girl's name is Raavi, and she's a daughter-in-law of this house just like you." Despite being married for only ~24 hours (seems hard to believe, but it really is just a day since they've been married), he's already starting to understand his wife's insecurities and discomfort. Lastly, the moment where he turns to Raavi when the goons were there. It's just ❤️. I could see that he started to fight only to tell his new biwi that he was strong enough to protect the both of them.
As for Raavi... all this time, I was worried she wouldn't like him or even hate him. In just these past few episodes, she's been yelling at him for marrying her only out of revenge. I thought she would continue to poke his buttons, but seeing the pallu scene (she really didn't have to help him if she hated him so much), seeing her grab at his shirt the second she saw the goons, and mostly, her screaming Shiva's name once he became hurt.
I've understood one thing. These two, somewhere down in their hearts, really want this relationship to work out. Raavi wants a man who can shower her with love and support, and Shiva wants to find the happiness that his brothers Gaumbi and Dev have (otherwise, he wouldn't have been so miserable all morning). But both of them think the other doesn't want the relationship to work out which is causing them to lash out at each other. It'll take time, and probably quite a few insults, but once they realize they both want the same thing, I think as an audience, we'll be treated with a sweet, impactful love story.
Rishita is such a poorly executed character. What are the makers intending? In one scene, she's angry that Dhara and Gaumbi bought her clothes, in another scene she seemed to be in a good mood seeing Shiva and Raavi's yawns, and then immediately after for the bike scene, she purposely hugged Dev and made sure Raavi knew her "place" (like why dude? weren't you just happy that Shiva and Raavi were a thing? why are you insecure enough to hug your husband on the bike? if Raavi and Shiva were truly together, she wouldn't be after your wishy-washy husband). They really need to fix her character.
As for the family hug, I'm glad it happened, but I'm also frustrated that Dev never really formally apologized to Shiva (or Raavi) (and I'm surprised why the makers are not addressing this issue). I don't understand how a dialogue like, "We'll always be brothers/I'm older than you" is enough. Poor Shiva was miserable all morning and couldn't even meet your eyes without getting angry, and "that" is your means of making things better? To remind him of their relationship? Dude, this is a happy ITV show and as an audience we all know Shiva and Raavi will fall in love, but what if they don't? Didn't you just effectively ruin your brother's (and his wife's) happiness? Even now, you know Shiva and Raavi cannot get along, how could a hug fix everything?!?! I dunno if I'll ever like Dev, so maybe he's just a lost cause for me. If he doesn't shape up in the future episodes, I'll start skipping every Dev scene...
Dhara and Gaumbi are just ❤️! I'm a little miffed we never got the chance to fully see how they transitioned from friends to lovers (it's one of my favorite tropes), but at least we see these heart warming scenes (like the prayers)! Also, I love how much they care for their family members. Though I disagree with them at times (like when the stopped Shiva from getting too serious with Dev), I do understand how much they care for their family. They are definitely the glue, and I think Shiva and Raavi (Rishita will just be a lost cause for a couple of months) will be their support.
As for the kidnapping scene, I'm hoping Shiva and Raavi annoy the hell out of the kidnappers with their banter. God knows they need some peace and happiness after going through such an exhausting 24 hours. Maybe in the future, they'll even be able to laugh about it (if you can't tell, I really, really want to see Alice's and Kanwar's smiles, they're both such gorgeous people inside and out)
Anyway, for this episode, take my heart ❤️ Gaumbi, Dhara, Shiva, Raavi, Krish, and Suman. Rishita, you didn't do anything to get my heart, and Dev, you don't deserve my heart until you properly apologize!

@bold, I really loved this scene because it really shows that they were both thinking about this situation and that Shiva was trying to settle her mind even a little bit. Its like the little little things that you get to see that he really does care even if he claims not too
Yesss...also he thinks abt her priorities, may be he dint for his maami ki behen ki beti but his biwi definitely matters to him, he wont change after marriage but he will mould himself a bit, he will change bit of his rules to her🤧..
hope they show more scenes like this because shiva isnt as rough as he looks..he is indeed a coconut
I watched Kathir Mullai Love Story. There are some sequences I would like to watch between ShiVi. And in original Kathir is a softie. Here Shiva is a bit hard to get along with.
My understanding of Shiva and Raavi.
Shiva is a good person. He has anger. He is a bit rough. He has family values. He does not like Raavi mainly because of Mami. He is under the impression that Raavi will be like Mami. She has the upbringing of Mami so he thinks that she will not be able to bind a family. He never got to know Raavi. And during wedding sequence he had seen her plight. He is aware that Raavi likes Dev. And what she had gone through in her wedding made him sympathize with her. It will take time to convert his dislike to like and finally to become love.
Raavi is a sweet and innocent girl. She is cute and bubbly. She has a crush on Dev. She is a good hearted person. She likes not only Dev but also the whole family. She wants to take care of everyone. She never hated Shiva. She tried to get along with Shiva. But after wedding she felt that Shiva married her to take revenge. Looking at her situation it is understandable why she thinks like that. By living with Shiva she will understand Shiva.
You guys, all your discussions on episode is giving me life..I wouldn’t be able to watch the episodes until Saturday 😭 thanks a ton namita for the caps 🤗

I agree. And since this is ITV they don't have to be a social distance couple. So I am hoping for some really great sequences as well.
