diarrhea...HELP!!!!

ppl i reli need ur help i just came bak frm paki land like a month ago n i hav gained almost 10 pounds...i dunt kno wat to do ..i heard tht diarrhea makes u loose a lot of ponuds..now i might sound a bit stupid but i reli hav to get rid of tht 10 pounds in 2 weekzzzzz....plz helppp ...is there any way tht i cud get diarrhea or is there any other way to loose fast reli reli fast..plz helpppp ...im soo dead🤢..n u luk soo weird now!!!!
