I haven't watched episode yet but there's no way Bisma will choose Asim now. There has to be something more to this story than crappy love triangles. We still don't know Behzaad dude and his past and death.

But there's Burhan who will do anything to get things go his ways! Like how he purchased their own house just because he wanted Asim to have a life with Bisma!

I don't think, if at all it's taking Ammaar se shaadi angle, Nashwa's marriage talks will come into picture when Bisma-Asim talks go on! Bakhtiar will save it for later, I feel! These Barkat villa people do not want Asim & Bi Jaan to be around them! So will they think Asim will leave as soon as Bisma is married to him?

True that it will be like agni pareeksha for Burhan, Bi jaan & Nashwa to get Bisma married to Asim! Sabse pehle Bisma ko manaanaa padega! Phir Barkat begum ko giraana padega! Phir jaake shaadi hogi!

And that devil lady Barkat cares for Beenu ki khwaaishein but not Nashwa's! Naach gaana tak rakhne ka easily permission de di! Jabki Nashwa is her favorite son's daughter! I don't think she will want Nashwa to get married to her favorite Ammaar since he's the only heir of her house!

Lol! It's been 9 episodes! Ab tak we have no idea where the story is heading to!smiley36 We're all intrigued the same way we were when it was episode 2, if not more! The writer must be exceptionally brilliant at writing!

But why should Burhan have a say in Asim and Bisma relationship?... all he can do is make situation more favourable for them to unite. Like make them neighbours, tell Nashwa, make them bump into e.o or even make arrangements for their wedding if it comes to that..... But he cannot force them into wedding if Bisma doesn't want it. They'll have to set Nashwa free only then Bisma will allow herself some semblance of freedom and life.

The thing is Bakhtiyar has kept Bisma under her thumb psychologically not by any kind of violence or jabardasti. The 2000 Rs were to show her where she belongs and not out of his interest in her IMO. She is told again and again she deserves the life she's living. Nashwa also respects Bade abbu, he's kept her at hand's distance but made sure she knows everything he's "done" for her. The dining table Convo is the biggest proof there. Bakhtiyar's dialogue where he says something like 'maa ko azad kar doh beti ko pakdo' could also mean that beti ko pakda toh we wouldn't even need a cage for maa.

The main reason I felt that GR isn't the main plot is because of these complexities they introduced us to. The Maheen thing is like the last nail into the coffin... My little farfetched guess is Behzad forced himself of Bisma or he wasn't really sane.

Again I haven't watched the latest episode.... I'll get to that soonsmiley9

Wow! Nice thoughts about the Rs. 2000 scene & bisma ko aazaad karo dialogue!smiley9 You're right beti ko qaid kiya toh maa jaayegi bhi nahin! smiley13

But then we have a scene of Bisma & Asim standing close in Balcony! With all the things we know about Bisma, she'll never go near Asim as she herself believes she's Behzad's widow forever & she doesn't deserve happiness(the ornament scene with Nashwa)!

And we also have a scene where Bisma wears a green slightly partywear outfit, I guess in one of Beenish's functions ( I wonder if Daado allows Bisma to wear that for Beenu ki khwaaish!)! Yesterday that old lady was accusing Bisma of evil eyessmiley7and her million dollor rule for Bisma that a widow shouldn't wear green, red etc. (she herself is a widow, but she has all luxuries with all colors of dressessmiley8!)

Behzad ka bhi story jaanna zaroori hai! Waise she behaves with Sidra & Bakhtiar normally! And the way she obsessively hold on to Behzad's side of his marriage photo by tearing Bisma away made me feel she might be a narcissistic mother! It's disgusting to say but still narcissistic mothers are said to be married to their respective son(mentally & emotionally)smiley11, such mothers depend on their son to meet their emotional needs etc. (maybe because they had an emotionally unavailable husband) controlling everything that happens in their married life & thereby torturing the son's wife! In fact, the mother-son duo make the wife's life hell! With Bisma having no good memory of Behzad, this also is a possibility!

There's also another scene in ost where burhan and bisma are discussing something . In that scene, she's properly dressed like a married woman. It wasn't the simple look that she has right now. So, asim n her will definitely get married at some point in the drama.

The only confusion we all have is about nashwa .

Edit : This is the one I am talking about.

Yes, 26 episodes in writing but the guy who plays the husband of Binish is the project head and he said there will be a total of 30 episodes.

For sure they will get married (Bisma and Asim). Also, it is not easy for widowed, divorced or other types of people (mainly females) to get married even with their children's support and blessings. Unfortunately, trauma, survival and misfortunes of life makes them feel like they don't deserve good things anymore. That is what they're told by people for so long. They have to unshackle parts of their mind by themselves. No one else can do it for them but with support some do overcome.

Bisma has been under severe duress for over two decades. And I feel less mad at Asim.

He tried after Behzad's death. So proud of a man like that and he never married. That is the proof of love. He never moved on. His love is real love. Love is patient and it sacrifices and asks nothing in return

Move over the younger man. I'm in love with Asim's love for Bisma.

He raised a fantastic son and gave an orphaned boy a chance at life.

And yes, I think Taya will cage Nashwa the only way he knows how. Mental games. Like I said, Bisma will not leave without dado's agreement (even a fake one) as dado has ruined her and made her into a Yes Robot. This is trauma. For dado to agree, I'm sure Taya will tell dado to ask Nashwa for her marriage to the not so marriage material Ammar who is now badnam. Ironic though that Ammar a man is badnam. Suits the family that looks down on women.

The show is called Qarz e jaan. I feel Nashwa will pay the Qarz for Bisma. smiley19

Asim Bisma Behzaad History is going to repeat itself in the form of Burhan Nashwa Ammar. That's is why the title Qarze Jaan. My poor Nashwa. Maybe Nashwa daughter will unite her with Burhan after few years. Don't know if Burhan will get married to Faryal.

I feel like you may be right! I don't think Burhan will agree to marry Faryal even if she is interested. He may end up alone for the time being just like Asim.

Why do I feel Ammar will die? There is a scene in the OST where Taya Abbu is sitting on the chair in the dark and is looking at a picture of his younger self with a boy child on his lap. He touches the picture.

Or is that Behzad with Nashwa?
