But Nashwa was like keeping fair distance from Ammar, I don't understand why though!

Can that scene be after Faryal rejecting Ammar & leaving which results in Ammar-Nashwa proposal by bade abbu? Is that why Nashwa keeps her distance?

And we have that "maza aane laga hai is khel mein" also!

Whole team of QEJ has achieved huge success with this drama, as it has already generated immense discussion among people. They are already shipping different couples together, and there's a lot of debate about which character will end up with which character. Two potential couples have already emerged: Burhan -Nashwa and Ammar -Nashwa and

What's most interesting is that this drama hasn't been heavily marketed or promoted as a romantic drama with a focus on chemistry. This is a big lesson for producers and actors that if your story is good and acting is good, people will naturally appreciate it and discuss it. There's no need for excessive marketing. I am happy actors and Director didn't promote this drama..

I still feel Ammar is faking it by saving Nashwa. Before this scene Ammar's mother told Faryal to call Ammar. I think Ammar has seen Faryal AR the window that's why he was acting. He is son of Bukhtiyar I can't trust him.

Even if it happened this way, he was warning Sameer before too! Saying Nashwa is family! And he genuinely had a worried face when he asked Nashwa to stay away from backyard! Uske baad jaake Ammar Faryal ko notice kiya!

But yeh bhi hai, if that Sameer is supplier of drugs, Ammar will still be in touch with him as we have some scenes of him with drugs! If he genuinely fought with Sameer will he stay the same with Ammar?

Also, Ammar was soft when he said "I was kidding, just give me a minute.. I'll vacate the room"

Also, I noticed, it was never like Ammar began the conversation with Nashwa! It was always Nashwa who teases/taunts him to which he reply! As he doesn't like the interference! He never approaches Nashwa saying anything! He was surprised to see Nashwa there, asking him to vacate his room! 😅

Jealousy ho bhi toh koi farak nahi padega... She cannot control someone who's stationed in Canada and hasn't visited Pakistan for years and isn't dependent on her financially. Barkhat kind of women tend to forget that there's whole world outside their house. Victims only have to break free and access that world to rise up for freedom, like Asim did. He simply ignores BB and even gave up his own right that his son bought for him (the house). Had his son sat back and fought for it legally his father would've been entangled in the Barkhat kitchen politics again... Asim became a successful family man that he could afford to choose his mental peace over money. His family is thriving and all BB can do is sulk around Bakhtiyar. She can only control Bisma because Bisma is her son's bewaa, isn't financially independent, has no formal education and has a jawan daughter.

Isme add karne ke liye I feel he's like staking a claim and letting Burhan know that he's an outsider, some misplaced honor and ego show.... Ek koi twist aa gaya hoga tab tak I feel... Maybe Burhan wants to confess lol

@bold: 100% true!some people are not worth an argument! And if we argue with them even if it's for our right it will leave long-lasting bitterness in our own psyche, kyunki opposite side pe toh koi conscience hi nahin hai!

@ bold italic: That's another unintentionally(?) beautiful lesson from this drama! Paisa dobara bana sakte hai, agar physical & mental health theek raha toh! Banda emotionally stable ho toh kuch thrive karega! Warna khud burn hote rahenge khudke khilaaf hui zulmein ginke! It's better to leave for a better place than stay & fight with them, if one can afford!

Good point. I think Nashwa and Ammar are those cousins which don't like each other but when it comes to help they are willing to do it. Nashwa has been very casual around Ammar. Remember the scene their first garden scene.

And mostly people can't afford to move away from toxic place. Mostly Asian people are emotionally weak as they are brought up this way. They love their family no matter how much its toxic or emotionally draining. That's why i can understand why Nashwa is normal with Ammar. She knows she doesn't has any strong support or safe space. Right now she is not earning that much so she has to live with this toxic family and tolerate Ammar. She has raised her voice against Ammar and then she got slapped. Now she is in survival mode.
