I am not sure about that. His show with Neelam didn't perform that well. The views on Youtube werent that great at level of JN and as far as trp wise I think JEJ performed better than show most week except on Ramadn when Ary shifts its show. His hype has gone down only if Ayeza hadn't agreed to work with him. Also the writer Misbah Nosheen never writes good script. Her sukoon was crapfeast so was Mehar posh which started Ayeza.

If they still think they need abuser to run their channel good for them. I am not watching their content. I only watch JN too for Hiba only.

Even in his previous show Khumaar afaik it was all about evil saas and bechari bahu

I hope in Saanwal yaar piyaa too AAA is the lead

maybe some people here are new tp ptv but ahad is a pretty big star and this was his comeback after 2.5 years.Hum did a whole special promotional video about his GRAND RETUN. Since he has done hum dramas which have limited episodes, they don't make the billion-dollar club. but if we go by ave views per episode, Ahad, Danish and Farhan are the only three actors with two dramas each in the top 15. i will put ahad in the same category of star as bilal and wahaj.

MSM did similar YT views as SMD on e1 (which is a decent #) but like SMD it had disappointing TRP on its debut episode (4.7). It's a FI script so there's hope that TRP (and views) may pick up later once the romance starts to develop.

I have watched all ahad shows and before wahaj I used to like him, and I know for a fact that he and sahad were really big at one point of a time. I'm also aware that bilal was considered his contemporary, he was called underrated by many and that's how I discovered bilal and then watched all his shows except pks.

Also I was the first one here to say that ahad has ground popularity and he can easily manage to get good views, that's why hum put it in weekday slot. Additionally having dananeer as costar and Farhat script is a plus.

I won't be surprised. Because even in JN there were very few scenes of Danish and Hiba and in SMD, Wahaj is barely there. They have been fooling audience for a while by promoting show with the leads while they are rarely there. They though will promote that show using his name.

As far as I know Sanwal Yaar piya was supposed to be produced by Wajahat Rauf so it might be different from 7th sky production.

I don't think it's not popular in its home country. It's consistently getting around 2 ratings and at times even went to almost 3 and has pretty for a low budget drama and it's yt views are impressive. It's views are on par with duniyapur which was heavily promoted before it's release. It's ost is also a hit. Ali and Anmol recently went to a fest and the crowd seems to be fully aware of who they are. Green has the most engagement with iqtidar on their insta page. Aamna and Hassan had to pick it up to review after their dropped it because it has clout and they are clout chasers

If you're talking about India, then drama doesn't trend in India. It must be getting views from the UK, US, Dubai, & Saudi.

It won't be easy, actually it's very difficult for even Ayeza & Feroz to bail out Geo as ARY is unstoppable right now. Jab Wahaj, Maya, Hira milkar kuch nahi kar sake to ye kya ukhaad lenge

Iqtidar got TRP of 2 or above only four times till date (so I won't say it's consistently getting 2+ TRPs YET). At least, as of now, both Duniyapur and Faraar have done better in terms of TRP. Duniyapur I have seen trend quite a few times on YT Pakistan though I have not seen Iqtidar do so yet. I would say Duniyapur is more popular in Pakistan than Iqtidar, but Iqtidar has a bigger and broader international audience and more SM hype than Duniyapur.
