I think this might be the effect of heavy promotion Green tv is doing for their 8 pm dramas; generally India & Pakistan are considered as big markets for PTV dramas not Middle east & europe.

no in India right now also 21st episode and 22nd teaser are trending at 40 and 45 after two days. Almost all episodes and teasers of smd trends some under 10 some under 20,30,40,50

Ever since sunn mere dil started it used to trend episode and teaser and along with that only other pak shows which trended till now in India every week are kabhi main kabhi tum, kaffara. Bismil trended only once . Meem se mohabbat is trending now at 49.

Like NutellaWaffle shared the ss, even for me the epi and promo was trending yesterday night in 40s, and I was shocked to see it trend even after 2 days because it was the worst epi ever.

Yeah region ka issue hoga when you switch regions even hypno couldn't see it. But those who are from India, they can see it trending.
