I found some of these poses good though! He need to work on his posture as well because some looks like he's not confident enough

Posture chodo maybe a crooked smile somewhere, an eyebrow raise, a loopsided grin, adjusting his cuffs, rolling up his sleeves..... Like something other than trying to mimic a mannequin would be nice. Sunglasses should be banned.... He cannot rock them fashionably.
