I am not finding any chemistry between Sadaf and Ammar and same goes for Bilal and Humsha.

For Bilal & Humsha maybe it's coz of the characters. Or coz personally I just can't tolerate Humsha that I couldn't find any chemistry between Bilal & Humsha.

Usama really needs to improve i feel. He is too dull

Haseeb isn't at fault coz there is no romance between the lead couple per say. The eye locks that we have so far ooze chemistry.

If SMD was Sadaf and Bilal's post marriage love story then it would have done wonders even if it was the most predictable route. A woman ends up marrying a man she thinks is bad and then eventually she falls for him post marriage. Post romance nok jhoks, romance, from hating to loving troupes work really well but then that's not how KRQ thinks and writes.

He has a specific style of writing and his love stories are thus different from the rest. Today, audience do not have patience to wait for the leads to be in the same space while KRQ's style itself is slow placed where the leads are majority of the time apart than be together which isn't everyone's cup of tea.

In romantic scenes usama is very dull.

Same here I didn't find any chemistry either...I just want to get this shaadi track done...I dont want them to waste too many episodes on sadaf-amaar

Actually many pakistani dramas before TB era was like that...the leads story start after 50% of the show is over...for eg-Yakeen Ka Safar...

But today's audience(including mesmiley36) doesn’t have the patience because of less attention span.. for me the main thing that matters is how the show ends...not how they hook the audience in first initial episodes and than destroy in later episodes.

I am still waiting to see how Bilal Sadaf relationship develops...I don't want to give my verdict for this show before that because that is the main track.

Because today we have fast paced OTT content, micro series etc. due to which are attention span has reduced and many like the masala, fiery kind of quick fast paced romance oozing with chemistry than love stories where leads are apart for such a long time.

Even in SMD people are actually waiting for BilSad to marry and if that doesn't happen then the show might further lose more audience...BilSad wedding is the hook tbh.

I do not mind slow pace as long as I can enjoy the episodes. Yesterday's episode was not very enjoyable for me coz there was no story progression and neither any new piece of info was shared..it was kinda repetitive. I enjoyed Tuesday's episode a lot.

Even I am not giving any verdict tbh, I am just going with the flow and forming opinions based on per episode. I hope BilSad get married but I guess Ammar & Sadaf's wedding might go through and then a leap post which they are separated but it would only stretch the story. I rather have a twist where BilSad indeed end up getting married. For now chances of the former are higher.

Yeah there isn’t any romance at this point yet. I did like the little moments we had but unfortunately it isn’t in the script yet. The only thing I can complain about is that they could have spent less time on the initial stories that ate up all the screen space and took all the focus. We would get to Bilsad scenes faster that way. So much time was wasted on the Ammar/Sadaf/Dania love triangle and Zaviyaar’s illness track could have also taken up less time.

I’m glad they didn’t jump straight into marriage and having an enemies to lovers trope. Although entertaining, it would have been too similar to Tere Bin.

I’m okay waiting for the leads to get together as long as they guarantee us those scenes.

IMO Ammar-Sadaf story would be a buildup for Sadaf-Bilal relationship I feel. That's what happened in Mann Mayal...

Yeah yesterday's episode wasn't enjoyable to me either...the only good thing was Bilal's frustration.

I just hope they dont stretch many episodes because audience would not like to see too much of humsha-bilal and sadaf-ammar...

For the first time in 16 episodes, the slow pace is really getting to me. The story feels stuck—characters are just going in circles, and Humsha’s constant scheming is dragging the show down.Come on, just get the story moving and bring BA n S together already!

No idea. In india itself the trending position varies sometimes. Like for NutellaWaffle and kuhelidebbarma it trends at higher position for me it's mostly around in 20s or 30s. It depends on the demographics and from where more views are coming in.
