Another possible theory is that Bilal does marry Sadaf because her wedding to Ammar doesn’t go through. Initially Sadaf struggles to trust Bilal, eventually she does and then something happens (thanks to Humsha and/or Ammar). She leaves him and then Humsha swoops in and gets closer to Bilal.

They will never have an extra marital affair, I can guarantee that . Their relationship is based on respect and trust. When Sadaf is marrying Ammar, Bilal is even present in the ceremonies.

There is no story left if they marry different people and do not fall for each other or do not share any moments together. Precisely why I feel, Bilal & Sadaf might end up getting married.

Bilal's self destruction is left . He will go back to his drinking again and this certainly won't happen if Sadaf is with him.

Tbh I do not see Bilal marrying Humsha but yes Sadaf might end up marrying up Ammar. which unfortunately will further stretch the story....Unless we have a time leap post which Sadaf & Bilal cross paths again and they end up coming closer but Ammar then refuses to divorce her & she has to go back to him due to certain reasons or Bilal sets her free...he relapses and Humsha supports him.

The 2nd possibility is what I prefer tbh....They marry, when Sadaf was about to confess to Bilal, misunderstandings happen, Sadaf leaves for a brief period...Bilal goes back to drinking, Humsha tries to be his support but all he talks about is Sadaf thus shattering Humsha's notion that she can ever have him.....Humsha let's say has a change of heart....Ammar goes back to Daniya...Sadaf finds out the truth even the fact that Bilal was the donor! But by this time due to Bilal's relapse, some complications happen and he ends up in the ICU....Kal Ho Na Scene....Sadaf wants him to wake up so that she can confess how much she loves him and how history will not repeat as she doesn't want to leave him & that she never loved anyone but him....Could have a bittersweet or a happy ending.

This is not the story of self destruction but of unconditional love where a man changes for the better for the woman he loves. Selfless love is the theme not self destruction.

Self destruction can be a small part if Sadaf leaves Bilal after their marriage for a brief period coz of Ammar & Humsha and for Bilal to feel history is repeating itself but letting her go was for her well being is what he thinks

Heheh I love the 2nd option but I am open to both endings as long as Bilal knows that Sadaf only loved him and no one else.

He has already changed for her but it will go in vain cos Sadaf will choose Ammar over him.
