This numbers are based on total population of pakistan which is an inaccurate way of giving the numbers. This is how it has calculated this number: Total pak population ~240M. Average TRP 18-19. So total average viewers ~43-46m. Total pak households are 40M out of which 25M are registered TV households. So total tv viewers in pak are ~150m, out which 100m are C&S viewers & rest are terrestrial viewers.

And this is how it has calculated MPTH numbers:

Total pak population ~220M in 2021

Last ep TRP ~37

Total viewers 37% of 220m ~80m

Again wrong way of calculating total viewers as total cable & satellite viewers of pak in 2019 were 96 million as per PEMRA. So 37% of 96m results in 36m viewers not 80m

So now ary has top 2 highest trp blockbusters under its banner..well deserved ..hope the other channels follow suit and pay attention to the content instead of giving fluke hits...

Par fake numbers post karne ki kya zaroorat thi? 43.7 m average episode viewers on tv and 158.3m total tv viewers.

rural or urban ka one can know but there is no way you can get age group of viewers on tv

Happy for Iqtidar. But again , they ignore HUM tv shows which air only an ep of its 8 pm shows, and sometimes that ep gets more views the 2 epis of the ARY and GEO shows.. like Jafaa does. It got 10 m views this week.
