Yumhaj fans might be upset over this but my take is that srk and kajol are indeed very good friends in real life as well and they have more offscreen chemistry than onscreen for me its always srk and rani mukherjee if we talk about onscreen chemistry.
So its like wahaj and maya are more close and best friends .
Wahaj and yumna are good friends. Neither yumna can take maya's place nor maya can take yumna's place.
Things like these make it hard for even the actors.
There was a time when people used to say nothing can beat bilal and yumna's chemistry in pks but now they are going gaga over meerasim , nobody knows the next popular ship ☺️😆

After seeing wahaj and yumna's iv i didn't find them to be that close. It's like they have a very good working relationship and have huge respect for each other and that's it. Like two good coworkers that have only good things to say about each other and enjoy working together. Wahaj seems to have that relationship with ramsha and hania as well and yumna seems to have that relationship with Ahmed and Bilal as well. Yumna taking wahaj's name as her best friend from the industry totally felt scripted to me.
Friendship wise i guess wahaj and Maya are like srk and juhi rather than srk and Kajol. Srk and Kajol are close friends but juhi seems to be like a family friend. She seems to be close to rest of his family as well and their kids also look close. Maya also looks like wahaj's family friend rather than just his friend. Maya and wahaj's wife with his kid can be seen hanging out without wahaj.
