My main concern is who was in the car with Shahzaib...that did not look like crew nor did it look like he was alone.

That's why he was telling Nimra to call Razaa or the driver or do a cab.

And I don't understand one thing, why is Isra entertaining this Haaris dude? She's saying stuff like "mere peeche chor ki taraf kyu lage ho" etc...but when it comes to clearing the MU she does not say anything?

Shahzaib is doubting her for what he saw or was made to see...but the truth is she got caught with Haaris literally touching her, and she feels no need to clear the air, instead she choses to hang out with her stalker? Its not like he's her childhood friend or something.
