See. All of these are fine. It is after all named : Qiyaam. Only there are special names for them acc to the part of night they are done in. And the season. In Ramadhan Taraweeh is the most followed sunnah. Witr is the name of the single rakaah you pray by the end of your Qiyaam . If your niyyat is to pray at night for Taraweeh. You can do it then 3 witr.. then it is gr8. In rest of months do whatever you want. if you pray before sleeping it is qiyaam and witr. If you sleep then wake up late at night, then it is tahajjud. 😊

So you mean I should pray Taraweeh but do it in the late part of the night, like Suhoor time right?

You can do it any time at night.. in Ramadhan.
