This guilt trip can be a very powerful emotion---it can destroy you..and you are right about Hatim's mother--she thinks hamdardi ki shaadi is bad idea and she is indeed right about it.This is a very mature woman,after all for all her faults she still ran a business and also tolerated that sleezy husband of hers.I have big hopes for her,just like how Umair's mom kept his and Sadia's relationship viable in yaariyaan ,she would have similar catalyst role here,only difference is Umair was real bad,here Hatim is on guilt trip.

From the clips from the OST- the only people apart from abba and Rameez are Mamoo and Momani, which made me think he does it behind his mother's back. Magar it is possible. It would made sense if he told the family before the wedding, but I have a feeling it's going to come out much later, when he's gotten comfortable in his marriage.

I love Saba Hameed's character. Usually she plays the very negative saas/phuppo character, but she's very nice and also smart. She still loves her son more than anyone else, but she does have genuine sympathy for Ramsha and Rubab.

I've just watched the episode and was going to comment about the mother. She is too good. As you said she is a very smart lady and very sympathetic as well . Though a career woman she really is being the mother Hateem needs.

I loved the fact that Hateem told her what he wanted to do and that his nana was a kidney patient and how this one good deed will now maybe get his mother to consider opening an NGO.

Watching the promo concerned me regarding Rameez but his going to be ok which is a relief.

I like it how Rubab hesitated from going with Hatim first. He had to grab her hand..the angry look she gave him made him backward..Then in the car again she wanted him to drop her to her home. 😊 Such small details makes me relate to the characters more. She is becoming a dear one, like someone I knew my whole life. ❤️

I also love Saba's track.I mean it is realistic from a working mother's point of view.even careless mothers do love their children and want best for them,I find her character very real.I can see myself in her shoes if tomorrow due to my busy life my kids react like this.I like humanity in her as you mentioned.she genuinely wants Hatim to help Ramsha's family and her reasons for caution are very real.

So next week is going to be wedding week 😒

In today's episode,I love that hospital scene where Hatim was doing everything and simultaneously there were flashbacks of Ramsha doing same things 😭

Yaaaaaar (as my new friend Rukhsana would say). I'm now looking forward to next week.

Although the word mohabbat has been thrown around and I'm slightly side-eyeing that. BUT that was some promo!!

Meesni momani is up to her old tricks with wanting to also bring Rubab into the house to essentially be a maid. I was almost hoping that the groom was Zaheer so I'd get to see him get manhandled by Hatim, but never mind, another time.

I did notice that Hatim's slipped from the 'aap's to calling Rubab 'tum', so I suppose there has been some changes in their relationship. I do feel slightly sorry for Rubab in that when this comes out, she'll think that Hatim was the guy her sister was in love with and that's going to make her question her own relationship.

I loved that scene at the end where they showed Hatim running errands in the hospital and the flashbacks to Ramsha doing the same things in the past.

I have had very busy work day,haven't gotten chance to watch the episode ,but read your comments,once am done watching would share my thoughts..

finally the drama got some speed...Hatims dad really cracks me up with his cluelessness 😂

also I may be the only one but i dont think Ruksana is doing anything wrong...why should she leave her career just for her in laws? Her responsibility as a wife is only to obey her husband and he has no problem with her working

I was going to talk about that later because I was thinking the same thing.

I don't think Rukhsana is wrong either. I think she's not very diplomatic and slighty uncouth, but I get where she's coming from. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to be successful when you're working, and I think it's absolutely ridiculous that the mother in law wants her to give it all up so that she can spend time with her mother in law. And she doesn't want to do housework, but I think her solution for that to hire a maid for that is more than fair.

I think its a case of mismatched expectations, and I think Zaheer is to blame for that more than his mother even. Zaheer needs to address these issues with his whole family, but he's kind of spineless not actually dealing with the problem. He just says 'yes' to everyone. I'm hoping he says a definite no to his mother about her latest brain wave.
