I think it was in Bilal Khan vlogs that Kubra had mentioned that she knew Hania only since PHJ and it was apparent that Kubra and Hania are not that fast friends. I think Hania knew the consequences of her actions. She knew she is offending Sahad or rather Sajjal fans. Why would she welcome all this hate and bashing only because of Kubra. Who does that. Yes, she did pretend on Instagram that it was because of Kubra by writing 'I love you Kubra' but I think it is her own personal grudge against Sajjal that made her do it. And the only personal grudge that I can think of is Bilal Abbas. Hania and Bilal also traveled to Lahore for OPPO event. Did you see that instagram story of Hania where she was carrying Bilal's jacket and she said that Bilal you are in my debt. There were others as well not just Hania I mean there was Iqra with whom Bilal is doing Qurban but it was Hania who carried his jacket. I think Hania is interested in Bilal or at least she is interested in her pairing with Bilal for professional reasons.
