Btw I heard Sanam Jung talked about Sanam in today's JPJ epi and Sanam promos were also played...

JPJ always promotes the new shows by playing their OST or showing promos even if the cast of the show isn't there to promote it. They did so with DeD as well.

Personally I don't like the way the show was promoted. Giving the OST mere 23 hours before the show is to go on-air, that too not even full but just "first teaser"! What the eff is this new strategy of giving "teasers" to OSTs? They did so with Sang e Marmar and BR as well! But while SeM and BR's osts aired much before the show's first epi..Sanam was left literally till last moment. Sure, I appreciate them not going the MM way with OTT promotions and keeping this lowkey but sheesh. OSTs, specially good OSTs, are a great way to create the excitement. Let's compare Badguman and Sanam. Both of their first promos went on-air around the same time. I saw Badguman's OST (or teaser OST) on TV today and the show doesn't even have an airing date decided. That's what pissed me off the most about the promotional tactics taken for Sanam. Upper se the countdown pics are all so blaah..
