^^I thought it was Jaffar since he was talking to the police in the last episode about some people in prison.. Don't know if they were talking abt the same people who were trying to kidnap Asher.

May be those people wanted to shoot Jaffar and mistook Zain to be Jaffar. Gosh! I am as confused as my post, right now.
