Sameera Fazal can be very good but lately, she tends to write scripts with a lot of masala. Her scripts kind of lack substance nowadays. They're very addicting and keep you hooked but the plot tends to go haywire at some point.

With the actresses, I like Maya..but she may want to take a break soon? She has been working a lot. And, Ayesha...I feel she's a good actress but I'm still not too fond of her onscreen presence. I also don't like Hamza and Ayesha as a pair. And Gohar...he's so boring..he's also not that good of an actor.

I wish Hamza got to work with someone like Haissam or MJ. Haseeb is good but not great in my opinion. I was expecting more from Hamza's comeback show.

The word Masala sounds cheap which we use in showing addition of cheapness senseless scenes in Bollywood films to get more audience

But sameera doesn't write gheesa peeta cliche d over the top family drama which the channels are full off now a days coz that's what is supposed to get more trps

People here r saying sameera writes shit so that trps come

But the truth is trps come because of her gripping way of writing screenplay

It's not as if she has degraded her standard and includes cheapness and senseless stuff to attract more audience

Audience gets attracted to her dramas coz her dramas always hv an x factor which the other zillion family dramas airing lack

It's not Masala but her own unique style of writing and it's sameeras credit she always comes up with different concepts of intriguing dramas which gets the audience hooked

Her latest Chup raho ALVIDA SHUKK was all very different from each other but had their own essence and amazing screenplay thus garnering so much trps

Sameera doesn't write for trps

Trps come for her writing

And coming to disliking hamza ayesha k PAIRING can u guys provide links of their scenes together ...coz I m not understanding these negative preconceived notions about how terrible their PAIRING will look based on offsxreen pics only

Where did u guys see them together as a pair that everyone hate them so Much

Is it just because he has a lot of offsxreen pics with her

On topic: I hope Sameera doesn't end up making a mess out of it. I liked her earlier shows but her recent track record has been not so impressive barring Alvida which was good in parts.

I like Maya Ali and Ayesha Khan. Although, Ayesha K recent projects (Sharrt, Souteli, Shakk) haven't been really good. Hamza just doesn't click with me.

@Abby samira is good writer no doubt.. Her mera naseeb and bari api were brilliant...but she indeed ruined her shows like chup raho and shukk and it is a fact.. So when people r saying these things they r not saying out of the blue...it is another thing u liked those shows till ending..but Alvida was exception.. It had only 20 epis and it was not ruined for trp

When I said masala I meant to say that nowadays she's usually just focusing on providing entertainment through her scripts. Her shows have the castings, x-factor, even potential...but in terms of substance...she can do better I feel. She's the same person who wrote Vasl which btw had Ayesha Khan in it and I loved it. She also was the screenplay writer for Dastaan. I personally do rate her..I just feel she can do way better. I always watch her shows because I hope to see her going back to how she used to write.

And Ayesha I personally don't like with anyone. I do think she's a really good actress. She can definitely act...but I don't find her to have much of screen presence? There's something about her face..it's like a rothi hui shakil ? In terms of Hamza and her, you can always see a lot of them offscreen. ..and I don't feel much chemistry even though they make it seem like they have a lot of it.
