She was internally fighting herself everyday. There was a struggle between what her father wanted in the name of religion and what she wanted. I feel the writer tried showing that she just started falling ill because of this mental torture which took a toll on her slowly, everyday. Imaan wasn't a strongheaded girl either. She was somewhat weak and succumbed to the pressures around. Not to mention, because of her..Imaad practically stopped living. She probably felt guilty of that as well yet couldn't do anything.. perhaps the fact that she couldn't stand up for herself was a regret in itself. In the end, she couldn't figet any of it anymore and died due to stress, trauma, anxiety, emotional/mental breakdown etc. I feel her father also made her feel guilty in the name of religion when in fact it was her father's ego that was doing all the work.

Bashar momin was good in parts.. So many things couldn't be justified in the name of a show tho but yeah if you tend to overlook those it wasn't a bad show.. FQ was amazing
