It's a story about a girl named Bano and her journey from before, during and after the time of partition. It's more or less from Pakistan's perspective, and considering it revolves around a sensitive topic I'm not sure how it may be viewed by everyone..however, the performances blow you away. One of the best shows to come out of Pakistan in recent times honestly.

i second that...the performances were outstanding... n one of the best pakistani dramas.. the drama is a must for those who appreciate talent and are lovers of the art/drama but it must be watched without thinking about the religion/country...i mean it must be watched solely for the performances...partition was a tragic phase for both the countries and both the countries did suffer alot because of that...
