The one where Imran Khan needs votes is Punjab! But then again, PML-N has done so much in just Punjab that people will vote for him. 🥱

Overseas Pakistanis Postal Vote Procedure for Pakistani General Elections 2013:

Government of Pakistan has given final approval for Overseas Pakistanis voting rights and the procedure to cast your postal vote is:

1) SMS your NICOP/CNIC number to 8300 in Pakistan through a friend or family member to verify your parliamentary constituency.

2) After verification, fill in the form given in the link below & send it to the local Returning Officer of your parliamentary constituency so that he/she can dispatch your postal vote card to your correspondence address outside Pakistan.

Name of your constituency's returning officer can be found by checking with your nearest local election commission office in Pakistan.

And dn from ecp.gov.pk site u can get forms of application for postal ballot

The surge in PTI's popularity should force PPP & PML-N to introspect & critically/realistically analyse where and how they went wrong, today they may have pushed their own young voters towards PTI which has a lot of anti-vote. Imran's sparked hope in the midst of hopelessness & despondency. Hope this appeal filters down to the rural areas as well somehow.

^You know, the whole negative campaigning has somewhat played a huge role in many PPP and PML-N supporters to turn to MQM and PTI.

I think alot depends on the voter turn-out for PTI I hope people go out and use this opportunity.
