Pulwa - I got a good laugh though. Over here people only wear boots in the fall, winter and early spring. I myself have pairs specifically for each season however, in pakistan it just doesn't make sense, unless it's the rainy season then maybe but as a style statement okay however, in my eyes it just looks very stupid to see people wearing boots.
