Mehndi Anyone?

Well. I've been wanting to watch Mehndi for quite some time now.. And this weekend I did get a chance to.. I watched the whole show in one sitting.

I have to say I liked the whole concept of the show, also it wasn't over-stretched like other shows today.. Just crisp 13 episodes are enough. The editing, the storyline, the screenplay, everything was just spot on. Abid Ali's character of Ali Hassan was written so well. And they covered so many stories, and topics in just one show. WOW!

I've never really been a HS fan, but after watching him play the role of Shahzeb.. now I can imagine why he has such a huge fan following. Ayesha Khan was pretty young then.. but she still played Sajjal so well..

There are just two things I did not like in the show... The girl who plays Alishbah (Amina Haq) over-acts alot (just too much) and Fiza Ali , gets really annoying when she cries... really too much which is in almost every scene!

Mehndi otherwise is a brilliant show! Do watch it, if you still haven't😃

i don't remember mehndi.. it was 13 episodes only? maybe i should watch it..

I've seen some of it, the drama which had Jawad Ahmed as the singer for the drama title.It was really good and gripping.

Mehndi...my first ever Pakistani drama. 😍
