this serial is MUJHE HAI HUKUMEIN AZAAN which hired on hum tv few months ago its ended now

Oh nice! Ok it's in Urdu and given the fact that Urdu and Hindi are very similar, I think as a Hindi speaker you'll definitely be able to understand. Also in case you're looking the episodes can be found on youtube. Here's the link to the first one:
