well those who didnt get the first one......... it was "why does Uttar Pradesh (UP-a northern india state) has so many sogar factories sugar mills)? Most of the sugar cane is found in UP farms, so whoever this intelligent kid was kept repeating things..... about how UP has so many sugar cane fields and thats why they had so many sugar mills.....
