As per Roshni's vague descriptions in the 2nd episode and also what the gang threatened Shivani with yesterday, I can make two and two together about what could have been the last straw for Neha to give up her resistance to the ragging.

Zaara may have misled Neha and called her to her room, Roy may have drugged Neha to sleep and Nihal may have taken some objectionable pics of hers, all as planned by Gauri which may have caused her to drive to suicide. Yudi then suppressed all investigations on the case.

This idea came to me from a real incident that had happened to a girl some years back in a college in Rajasthan. I hadn't read the exact news just heard it from a friend who studies there by the word-of-mouth.

There have been quite a few serious cases there and another such scene was shown when Roshni has FBs of Neha saying about the endless humiliation they inflict upon the fresher who accepts the dare-devil challenge and loses it.

They showed the five shove Neha's head into the toilet commode and turn the flush on. This type of ragging was also shown in Anurag Kashyap's film Gulaal. Hence I guessed, the main incident could also have had reference from there.

Just my opinion here...

Any other anticipation regarding what could have happened is most welcome...

I think this is quite possible

May be she did suicide because they were threatning about some mms made by Nihaal

Yeah, was just guessing this as Roshni specifically pointed to Nihaal as the one who had clicked Neha's pictures.

Clicking pics doesn't seem too serious, unless its p%*nography sorts of.

Plus Paanch's threat to Shivani confirmed my doubt.

well my friend says to it inspired by tamil movie but i told her to shut up as i wanted to enjoy the series... she said one thing that in the movie the lead ended up not taking revenge on the gang... gauti is surely not to be taken lightly.

You've got the correct info... my friend told me the same... & the name of the movie is "whistle". My friend told me that the girl dies in the end.

she doesnt die in the end. she comes back in the final scene. yeah that film is similar except the fact that the gang just teased her for fun but she ended up killing herself & they werent as mean as the paanch. u can c a scene where the female lead feels sorry 4 what happened 2 that girl.
