Busy day and I miss the episode! Now that I have watched it, I couldn't help but relate it to the Indian movie- 'A Wednesday' with Sadiq being in the place of Nazeeruddin Shah.
To begin with, I didn't like the conversation between Sadiq and Vikram. Slow and lacking punch from Vikram and lack of counter arguments from him to get a satisfactory answer as to how his current terror activity is any different from Peshawar attack.
How 'India in my heart' means anything to Sadiq right now.
How making arms and ammunition makes a businessman responsible for the attack!! By this count Russia and US should be declared terrorist nations! (Complicated world history, won't get into this!) This really *ucked my brains.
Anyhow, coming to the topic of this post.
Sadiq didn't look very ecstatic about Mulla Pir being released. Just normal as usual.
For people who haven't seen a Wednesday, Naseer's character till the end acts as a terrorist calling and demanding the release of 3 terrorists from Pak in Indian jails and later plans to kill themselves all the while not letting the Indian Police system know that he infact is the victim of Mumbai train blasts and is avenging the death of hundreds of fellow Indian travellers.
I think Sadiq might do something like this. He might want the release of Mulla Pir and pose as a terrorist and might kill Mulla himself (or through his nexus) thereby doing a 180 degree on both Pakistan and India. Terrorists like Mulla as in Kasab (26/11) case don't divulge any information and are nothing but burden on the tax payer's money (My opinion only).
I hope this theory works else it would just be a case of bad scripting and super nut brains of Sidhanth brainwashed into a Jehadi.
P.S. Pardon my sadism right now, but I really want Yusuf to kill someone for a change and give me a reason to rejoice! 🤔
