Sid and Afreen speak through morse code ? Just a doubt

It's just a doubt whether they speak in morse (hope i spelled it right ).In one scene yesterday episode I saw Afreen was asking sid something and she was looking down or seeing his hands that time sid was doing something with his fingers and his wrist and the next scene they were too normal what do u all think whether he did that with some tension ya on purpose .

Yes yes .. I noticed that scene .. Sadiq tapped his fingers right ??😕 Post that Afreen asked kuch kaam tha or something like tht and Saidiq replied phone karna tha...

But then I though it might be my galat faimi.. 😆 Can't say nything with surety though .. 🤓

Well I think he was just fidgeting his fingers as he was anxious and Afreen noticed it and realised that he was anxious..it shows how much Afreen understands or knows Siddhant
