K, unreserving!
I agree with you. I loved both the women. I though do with that now that Imran is back, Nasleen doesnt decide to go ahead with the marriage with her brother in law. Her daughter wants the marriage to happen so bad I feel like shes going to be the villian in their family. 😕
The scene where Harleen and her husband are getting married and then the army came reminded me of a scene from the movie Border. It was very well done, however my dad has pointed out that no one comes like that to tell them like just they are just ordered and no one would take his bag like that too, so he got a little irked by that (guess tv cant be perfect right. Only reason he knows is that I have many relatived from my dads side who are or in some way related to the army in India.)
I love how they are showing the similarites between both women and the differences too. They showed her saying yes to marriage, and then harleen saying no. They showed both of them worried before their husbands came, but not sure what to do. But showed at the same time coming to the meeting place with their expressions pointing their feelings perfectly.
I have seen the episode 3 times today, and I still cant get enough of the army scenes and of Harleen and when harleen/nasleen prior and when they meet their husbands and how both women support eachother.
I understand what your saying though. If they had been dead while in duty, atleast the family would have known that he was shaheed in war, howing missing in action is worse because they dont know what happened, or if the person is even alive or not. Its like a ticking time bomb.
I honestly found that so rude. Not sure what I thought of the kid shaking hands with his dad, I mean come on atleast hug him. But atleast he moved up and supported his mom, and touched his dads hand. That spoiled girl didnt even move, just stood by her chachu and was more worried about him then her real dad who walked in with a injured leg.
I hope they keep it like this, and most importantly dont ruin what they have already started. I honestly loved the way they showed punjab and for the first time on hindi tv shows proper punjabi traditions and culture; unlike other tv shows where they say they are punjabi but they dont follow the proper rituals or cultural norms. So weird. No offense to anyone.
Preet!
