Thanks Malligai...appreciate your thoughtfulness. 🤗
I went for acupunture yesterday....just one session and the pain has slightly reduced but its still there - but I cud tolerate the pain. The sifu (guru/master) said I shd have abt 10 sessions to get the pain completely off my shoulders/arm. I have been this centre before when my mum was experiencing pain in her legs for many months. After the 10 sessions she was completely cured till todate (touch wood..!!)😃

Feeling much better dear, and I feel its certainly the acupunture thats removing much of the pain....though physio is doing it slowly. Lets see how it goes....keeping my fingers crossed coz I can't tolerate the pain...😲

Sorry I didn't respond earlier. I couldn't come online for a long time...

Glad to hear that you're recovering. Don't worry, you'll be alright very soon.

Just a suggestion - Whenever pain is intolerable - think of something else you like or try watching something you'd enjoy - just to take your mind off it. You'll feel better in no time. Take good care of yourself and rest well. That will help you heal sooner.
