My question (ithu warm thaan) to all the DT's. You are having special guests to you house for dinner. You need to impress these guests coz your future is at a stake because of global economy downturn. You will be cooking some special dishes. Give us a set of menu list and the recipe to go with it. You need to have a starter, appertizer, main course and dessert.

You are not allowed to use salt and sugar. But remember you food has to be tasty. What special ingredients you will put instead of salt and sugar.

You know some guests would not like chicken or meat. So you have alternative meat ingredients - snake meat, cockroach, scorpion, monkey's brain or any exotic meat. You have to prepare your dish based on these ingredients only.

Those who are veggies have no option but to prepare these dish as your life depend on it. Your menu list should be international cuisine.

Now go ahead and prepare the list and the menu to go with it.

Vani, Elcat, Aishu and others - let's give marks for the most creative (and I mean creative) menu.

Whatever I cook , Caryn is the first to taste - will cook well in advance and get Caryn
to taste every thing 😳

Starter - EEsal fry - This thing is called as eesal in Tamil - actually it is a kind of a fly
with wings - these flies develop wings during their last days and flock towards the light
to die - They also herald the arrival of thunder storms - This is the favorite snack of
the Kurava community - The kurathis are experts in catching these flies😳 Collect as
many as possible and fry them in Sun flower Oil ( no other oil, only sun flower oil, mind
you) no salt, sugar or any other additive - excellent starter.

Appetizer - powder a handful of pepper, add water and boil - allow it to simmer well.
Just give 1 teaspoon to each guest.

After this drink, if some one else still says for dinner - here goes the main dish

Cockroach flavored snake meat cutlets served with human finger's fry ( When Caryn
comes for tasting, she will go back minus her fingers - 😳) Grind the snake meat well
with pepper, mint leaves, ginger and garlic. Make in to heart shaped cutlets. Remove
the wings of the cockroach and and add some corn flour . Stick them on the cutlet
and fry until golden brown. Cut some onion rings and Tomato slices. Place the cutlets
on a plate, decorate with Tomatoes and onions. Keep aside. Now fry Caryn's fingers
until golden brown and sprinkle some pepper powder on top. Keep the fried finger
on the tomato slice . Serve Hot.

Dessert for those who survived the main dish - Get a bottle of Milk Of Magnesia
from Guardian . Serve as such. The guests have lost their taste buds anyways😳

And about keeping the job - no sweat - after this dinner, none of those who matter
will be around to make any decisions. My job is safe, for sure😳

There are three guests ...( a husband and a wife and wife's sister)

It is not even dinner time yet.....but I want to watch this serial atleast for 10 minutes....atleast the ending......I planned my party in such a way....they will start with some drinks and appetizer.......So....I asked the gentle man what drink he wants....he humbly says some BG ( brandy with gingerale)...a smaal one....but I go in and come back with nhis fav drink served in a BEER MUG......upto the brim and tells," Sorry.....I run out of brandy glasses....so you just slowly dronk this"....knowing that he would finish fast.......😉

Then the wife.......She is sacred of dogs....so I humbly ask her if she wants she can remain in the living room for while "I will take my puppy Logan to the bedroom....and put him to sleep and later I will join you...hey...please feel free to take your drinks and here are some snacks......keep talking to your husband I wil get back to you soon....thanks..."

I take the wife's sister with me to the bed room.....Logan follows me......and that girl is so sweet ...she asks for some jiuce......OK.....here I go.....and come back with juice with just one sleeping pill in it.......and give it to her.......here she goes flat within 5 minutes.......tahn what...I sit comfortably...on my bed.....with Logan next to me.......eating his fav treats.....and me sipping my fav drinks......with some snacks next to me.....watching my fav serial......"
