Please can Someone help me

i dont know where to ask this question or wat section to ask so i thought i'll try it here ...i have been having problems on my dish i dnt know if anyone is getting it but i live in central part of US and my sony and tv asia has been airing on pacific time since last 2months ...i thought it would get fixed up but is there a way i can put it back to central time?..does anyone know and have the same problem plz plz plzzzzzz help me out ..i would appreciate it alot thanks
