Updated Rules/Notice for the section

Keeping in view of the topics that are being posted in recent time the Dev team has taken a decision that no topic related to KYPH will be allowed to be opened in the section anymore except for the update topic.

Yu all were given a chance. But many of you took advantage of it. Sorry to say but Dev Team finally had to take this decision.

The DT will now check all the topics that are open presently and taken deicsion to close which ever they feel is best for the section. Hope this rule is followed by one and all now onwards.
