Sheetal gifts Rani 7 bangles and teaches her some valuable lessons for life. Sheetal, Nachiket and Rohan leave for Kolkata. Rani wants to go back to her house but Shalini persuades her to come to her place to stay till Raj comes back.
Rani calls up Surekha to take permission. Surekha happily agrees and again lies to Rani that Raj has not returned. On Raj's asking her, Surekha lies to him too that no one has called for him. Shilpa tries to get close to Raj in Rani's absence. Raj drops Shilpa for her class on his bike and notices that she is trying to get close to him.
Raj reminds her that he is a married man and requests her to maintain a respectable friendship. Karan comes to Puneet's house in the morning and is soaked wet by Rani who is watering the plants. Puneet and Shalini are happy to see Rani and Karan's interaction increasing.
Karan feels determined to remove Rani from the chawl. Surekha calls Raj back from the office urgently and gives him the divorce papers, saying that Rani has sent them from Shalini's house. It leaves Raj dumbstruck.
