Nick expresses concern on Shelly's changed behaviour towards him. Akash and Basera look forward to a new life after they are released from the Mallishka murder case. Sheeley recieves birthday wishes from her father and Vish but is quite shocked with Nick having forgotten to wish her...Shelley and Nick continue to get into an argument every now and then with Nick finally saying that he is leaving. The hotel prepares for the doctor's conference, that includes the launch of a new drug called Phantus and Diabities. Saying there would be a lot of media coverage, the event manager sternly briefs Vish about the requirements for the conference. Dr sheela, president of the Drug Association of India, who is a precide over the conference, gets upset with the event manager when the price of the drug is declared in advance. The hotel staff including Vish and Shelley is taken aback by a group of protesters shouting slogans against Dr sheela outside the hotel. Vish realises that Dr sheela had used her powers for monetary gain.
