I have school tomo... (Not Nov. 14 yet for me) 😃

-- In U.S., Children's Day is the second Sunday of June I believe... I think... No school on a Sunday anyways 😉 --

Tomo... For me :

Work Work Work... 😳 Tests... Projects... Grades... Friday... Then Weekend!! 😉

-- The temp tomo will be around the low 30s F... I enjoy the coldness! 😳 --

Anyways the little ones to you --

In my school, un-uniform., I mean color dress is allowed only twice a year... on birthday and on children's day... not like other schools where they would were on Saturdays..

So, everyone will be dressed up as though going to some party or function 😉 , that too it is near Diwali, so almost all would wear their new dress and present themselves..

Another thing is, teachers would be performing for us.. songs, dance, skit.. 😊 No books, No classes.. just chatting chatting chatting.. then they''ll conduct games like treasure hunt, quiz.. full day fun

@Ramya -- Uniforms will save a lot of time in the morning right? 😉 I mean here... It is casuals everyday.. And picking out clothes in the morning is so a torture... 😵 I just pick random clothes to wear... Hehe... 😆 Plus... Uniforms will not fit us in the winter... Too cold! 😉

Fancy dress competition? Hehe... Nothing like that here... But a few happenings...

-- I have dressed up as Annika Sorenstam (Golf Player) for my book report once...

-- Cultural happenings... I have wore Indian clothing... Danced our styles...

-- Graduation Ceremonies... Honored... Cute Dresses <3

-- Oh we have pajama day at school... It is so fun.. Everyone comes in their fav pajamas, brings pillows, bedroom shoes, and blankets... We spend the whole day watching movies, playing games, and chatting... Fun day...

-- Many many more... Don't remember all of it...

naan participate pannadhilla.. but enjoy watching kids performing, especially KG students, some will be so cute, few stand still and cry., 😛

but my sister once dressed as Lord Krishna and won first prize.. it suited her perfect.. I remember ppl saying on the way, that she looked just as God nu... and this year., that is, yesterday, my little cousin dressed as Peacock 😳
