now my doubt increases again & again sushan is purposely doing things .something fishy with her attitude .good in disguise .expect the unexpected.

karthik too much frustrated and in anger now . sushan really making karthik perfect in her ownway .karthik needs to control his anger. i go with her points "yara vena satham podrathu ,yethuku eduthalum sandai ku porathu not a professional way,company wont tolarate such things .sushan is making karthik to react in professional way but with bitter medicene.parka thappa theryum but result will be good for karthi

she makes vishnu to work hard who was lazy . we may think wat good she did to raji.

but fluent english ,dress ,charging laptop everything was already said by vichu .but she repeats the same mistake. another thing stress management ." yennathan opposite la utkarnthurkravanga kindal panalum you should be bold enough to face them " .so Raji ah bold aka she trying.

so ippadi positive sides um undu .lets see wat director going to do nu.

If sushan does these things with negative motive then also a big blow for her. karthik will emerge as a professional by Anger control, Raji as bold enough , vishnu as active employee .so yeppadi parthalum bulb vanga porarthu sushan than 😎

Ramya mine differs from this pa 😉 thanks for bringing this up da. Honestly if in real life - i would have walked off for giving me data entry job, With my qualification and experience why should i bear with all this? Director is being lame here trying to show office life naa ippadi taan nu. Instead of having office like in karpanae - director should start showing how the real office line works. Again and again Karthik seem to do this by saying he will stick to this as advice by Komban - the so call man who ran away without fighting the incentive for his workers 😕 Karthik and co being so smart how come have not figure out that the corporate company project depends on them? They could easily threaten to walk off. But nope - they decide to stay and take the abuses and tortures. Totally does not make any sense.

I will never question Karthik's anger as anyone in his position will have that temper. It was insulting the way susan treating him and why should he control his temper? I would have given susan one hard slap 😛 veliya sonna avalaku taan vekkam lolz. She she cannot tell anyone - wish karthik just had slapped her 😆

As for the place he was sitting - i have to agree raji was overreacting 😛

Sir didn't run away... He left in a huff since he felt that the company was not respecting him... He had promised shares and incentives... Company didn't give... How do u expect a man of honour to continue asking those who report to him to do work? He could not keep up his words... So he left in frustration...

then how can this same man expect his staffs to continue working there and bury their honour and self respect and take all the insults? 😛 that's not fair right. He advise them to stay and fight as the company will try to ruin them nu - the company did the same to him too ma. And instead of standing up and fighting - he left?? So for him his self dignity was far more important then the promise he made them. Komban should have stayed and fought for the incentives. There is differences in running away and leaving in frustration but i am very sure the second one was not in komban's case :)

I used to respect and like this komban character but not any more. Unless he comes back with a very good excuse on why he left then i might consider 🤔

what I feel the reason why Vichu asked them to stay back is...

-- they shud be able to work under anyone..
-- knowing that it would be tough, they shud learn to face such pressures and able to handle it
-- this might help them to face any challenges in future..

but no one stops them in leaving... but wherever we go.. it might be worser than this...

I accept your points.. but how much experience Karthik has? hardly 1 year?

and as I said it's KR who call this as data entry whereas actually its collecting information to get statistics.. this will be useful for trend analysis...

I accept Susan's intention is not good... but a person who is in higher level is expected to do the job of those below their levels... if required...

to quote an instance... i've seen a Manager who pitch in to code when the programmer is unable to fix the bug.. or else unavailability of person... she wud stay back late! along with the programmers... I don't find any insult here...

as Karthik said.. Susan might not use these data.. but atleast he can state that he has done some task during bench period...

again its my opinion... and respect yours as well...

sorry for going deep into the terms.
