Ratnaa...just before leaving, Vichu sir advised them not to leave the job..He said,they will be tortured as they were Vichu's fav ...but facing that difficult situation would help them to face anything in life..

May be that is the resaon they are still continuing in this job..even after facing so much of humiliation..

Vichu himself quit when the incentives was not given as promised. He should have fought for it instead he left all the staff's who had trusted him and stayed with him working without salary. I was actually disappointed that he cowardly decide to quit. He has no rights to give that advice to karthik raji and co as they are receiving worst insults then him at the moment 😕

That new guy introduced himself as Program Manager... Lakshmi being Project Manager.. will she too report to him ?? ivanga designation and hierarchy ye puriyala..

anyways keeping aside the promo scene.. if we look at the new guy Manoj.. it seems ok... normally when a person switch company he/she wud behave somewhat different... try to portray themselves... he is trying to show some style while speaking.. 😛
