"Omg Karthik is missing.." Everybody gasped in shock and fear...

Raji felt her world had been crushed in front of her eyes...She stood still with fear stricken eyes..

The trainer continued his talk but it could hardly reached her ears as the only name reverberated in her ears was "Karthik..Karthik...Karthik.." the thought of losing him had agitated her whole existence...

Her senses become numb and her mind went blank as her brain stopped working.. ...

"So Karthik is the one missing..but don't be panic ,our rescue team is all set to go in search of him..if anybody willing to join us... u can .." the instructor called for the volunteers..

At last the voice penetrated the numbed ear drums of Raji and she was back to life with the blink of her eyes...

Few of the men including Vishnu were willing to go with them..

"Naanum varen.." she declared..

"No Raji ladies indha nerathula varradhu safe illai..Karthik ku onnum aagadhu.. we will be back with him soon..neenga dhairiyamaa irunga..."Vishnu insisted her to stay back.

But Raji was adamant to go with them..

"Lakshmi ..nee konjam sollu .".Vishnu asked her..

"Aamaa Raji ..avanga pogattum...kandipaa Karthik ku onnum aagi irkaadhu.. nee venaa paaru avan nalla padiyaa thirumba vandhuduvaan.." Lakshmi tried to pacify her dear friend..

"Nijamaa vandhuduvaanaa lakshmi..?"Raji asked confining all her emotions in her eyes..

Lakshmi had gathered all her courage to answer those big eyes full of hope as if her life depended on her single word..

Lakshmi gulped the lump in her throat ...

"kandipaa .Karthik safe ah thirumba vandhuduvaan.." she replied emphasizing each word letting that registered in Raji's petrified mind...

Lakshmi sitting besides Raji consoling her with comforting words all the time when her body shuddered with dread..

All Raji needed was he must be return safe and sound..She wouldn't ask anything more than that to almighty...

Every passing minute was like a living hell to Raji...with each passing seconds she had an illusion that she had been parted away an inch further from him gradually..

After it seemed like a decade to her but it was actually 30 minutes...

The rescue team had returned with Karthik...

A stretcher was carried by two men... Karthik was lying there with cloths smeared in mud with little bruises here and there...he was lying unconscious..

Seeing the condition of him Raji's heart stopped for a second and started pounding rapidly..her stomach churned in fear..

"Is he alright..?"her heart asked in fright..

She slowly moved her numbed limbs to get up..but didn't get the courage to go near him...

It was so unreal and giving uncanny feeling for her to see him lying lifeless..her body shivered with the mere thought..

They put the stretcher down and all were surrounded him in shock ...

"What happened to Karthik..?"A voice raised from the crowd..

The trainer came forward and said..

"Solren...Karthik pls wake up.."he asked with a smile..

At once Karthik jumped out of the stretcher as if he had woken up suddenly from his sound sleep... and grinned at others...

"ahhh" a surprised as well as shocked shriek came from the crowd..

"Sorry to scare you all ..Actually It's a pre planned act, it has been conducted to see how well u r managing the crisis situation and also to test ur consistency as a team..We have informed to Karthik about this role play earlier and he co-operated well with us..Thank u Karthik for u support..and u people also have learnt how to handle the critical situations practically without getting panic..."

Vishnu just punched him hard to let out his frustration

"Ada paavi..naanga unnai kaanomnu padhari poi thedittu irundhaa..nee apapdiye haayaa vandhu ninnu sirikira..rascal...irudaa inniku unnai adiche saavidikaren.."Vishnu started to hit him hard..

"Dai valikkudhu daa vidu.." Karthik whined in pain..Albeit he was not angry on him because he knew it was the reflection of the affection he had on him...

"Karthik yengala vidu..Raji yevlo bayandhutaa theriyumaa...romba paavam ava..." Lakshmi enlightened him about the depth of his mistake..

His eyes automatically rolled around the crowd and fixed on her face ..

Raji had watched all the drama at the distance standing like a statue routed to her place..

First her mind registered that he was all well safe and sound..then only it hits her hard that it was all a drama organized by the trainer for a good for nothing cause...

"Yenna play idhu manushangaloda emotions la velaiyaduraanga.."

The emotional stress and turmoil she had been experienced then had taken a toll on her and all the anxiety and fear transformed into anger and frustration..her anger had reached its new boundary...

Seeing her standing at the distance with a tormented face..he closed his eyes in remorse..

"How stupid I am not to consider Raji before accepting the task..or I should have informed her earlier..."he cursed himself for his stupidity..

Raji started to leave from there and he chased her with fast steps..he called her ..

"Raji..nillu..."

But it had fallen in deaf ears..

"Raji pls...stop..." he pleaded her ...without minding his plead she continued her pace..

He closed the distance with long fast strides...and stood in front of her blocking her way..

"Raji pls..listen...to me once.."

"I don't want to listen any of ur craps...just leave.." her gaze piercing him with accusation ..

He couldn't face those eyes as guilt ate him alive..he averted his gaze..

"What u wanted me to listen..aahh...if u want to give the history of ur so called drama.. then I am afraid I had enough of it ...or if u r u going to tell about ur Oscar winning performance ... well in that case I am least bothered about that..So no thanks...leave me alone pls.. ..."her frustration and anger reaching its height but on the contrary her eyes pooled with tears, she realized she couldn't control herself anymore..if she stayed for a while she might have burst out in tears..

And the last think she wanted to do was crying in front of that cheater...

She turned her face to the other side and walked past him..but he grabbed her elbow to stop her..

That's it her confined boundary had broken and tears rolled down continuously tracking their way on her cheeks..

Suddenly clouds also started pouring as if competing with her..rain water mingled with her salty tears had drenched the earth ...

Karthik steered her to the nearest shelter..Raji wiggled her hand to come out of his hold all the way but her efforts went in vain in front of his iron grip..

Having reached the small low roofed open gazebo..He left her hand... ensuring her not being drenched further..

She looked at him furiously with a teary eyes..

"Who r u to touch me.." He ignored her angry words...

"Raji sorry,naan pannadhu thappu dhaan ..naan kaanaama ponaa nee tension aavennu nenaichi paarkaama vittadhu periya muttaal thanam dhaan..adhu kaakaga naan yethanai murai venaalum sorry sollikaren.."

He said with the utmost sincerity and regret in his voice...

"Tension aa..avalavalukku inga uyire pochi...ippa vandhu cool ah sorry sonna yellam sariya poidumaa?"She poured out her frustration...

"Trainer sonnadhum..idhu chumma play dhaanenu yenakku mind la set aagiduchi..idhu natural aa irukanumngaradhala yaar kittaiyum disclose panna vendaamnu kettukitaanga adhan sollalai..."

"Adhaan yellam nalla badiyaa ,mudinjadhillai..appauram yedhukku yen kitta vandhu vilakkam kuduthukittu iruka?mind blowling drama... award winning acting... podhumaa..."she eyed his messed up clothes in anger...

He was clueless how to pacify his sweet heart...who had gone wild beyond limits..

She turned to the other side in rage..They stayed mute for a while...as she was exasperated and he was framing sentences in his mind to tackle her wrath..

Rain was pouring heavily and cold breeze hits them hard she shuddered with cold and hugged herself tightly to minimize the cold..

He felt that her body shivered not only because of the cold wind but also the inner turmoil she had experienced till then made her to shudder.. He taunted himself for the nth time to gave that pain to her...after a contemplating pause..he had decided , more than consoling and apologizing words she need a soothing hug there..

Thousands of comforting words couldn't match the simple gesture of loving hug..

Without a second thought he pulled her towards him with a force and hugged her trembling form very tightly..

She was shell shocked at first and it took few moments for her to protest by hitting his chest..

"Shhh Raji..stay.." he silenced her with a whisper..

Slowly she had stopped her denial and stayed calm in his air tight hug..

He held her so closely like the miser hugging his possession securely..

Albeit she wouldn't accept the fact to herself...Her tormented self had found solace in his embrace..She desperately needed that hug after all the mental torture she had been gone through an hour before..

Now her quiver subsided and body was regaining its heat...nervousness reduced..but her fluttering heart gave way to the new sensation.. Both of them didn't knew when that comforting hug had transmitted into a passionate one..

He dug his face at the crook of her neck kissing the rain drops lingering on her milky soft skin..She shivered ..this time obviously not because of cold..

His hands rubbing her back sensually..She got goose bumps..She plastered herself even closer to him..

He sucked the rain water on her shoulder with a open mouth kiss...

She bit her lips to control the moan...

The passion and the new zeal had swept away them to the complete new world...

He slowly moved towards her ear and kissed it delicately...and whispered "Sorry" with a feather like touch..

She snapped open her eyes at once as if someone had poured hot water on her face..the mere word "sorry" had brought back all the bitter memories to her...She parted herself from him immediately with a rough push on his chest..

He gapped at her in shock..Few seconds before she too was into the passion.. suddenly what happened to her..He was puzzled..And tried to reach her again..

She snapped back his hands, while he tried to hold her back she shoved his hands and glared at him in rage...

"You have no care for my feelings and emotions...then why u r continuing ur drama with me..."she yelled at him in anger yet with a hidden pain in it..

He closed his eyes in regret ...

"It is not like that Raji.."

"It ..is ..like.. that... accept the fact and stay away from me.."

"I am really sorry Raji.."he uttered in utmost distress...

"Go to hell with ur sorry.."she replied fiercely and turned to leave...

She felt a tug on her hand before she could react she was in a tight embrace of his strong arms...

Her temper reached its height..

She warned him in sheer anger.. "Just leave me Karthik.." the last word Karthik had started from her mouth and ended in his...

As he consumed his name by sealing that fire spitting mouth to an icy cool sensational KISSS...

The kiss was rough and vague totally a new venture for both of them as that was their maiden kiss..

He sucked her mouth hard as if absorbing and engulfing all her pain and grief...

She bit his lips hard to show her pain and anger and clearly stating her defiance..but the last thread in which she was holding herself back had blown away by the flood of engulfing ardent and passion ignited by the Kiss.. Her mind had almost lost all its rationality and it felt so right and perfect to be in his arms.. A kiss Karthik had initiated had turned molten lava, a necessity both hadn't realized until their mouths met for the duel..

Slowly the tug of war subsided, the hidden passion surfaced...he was fully dominating and she let him over power her... He pressed her even closer to him and angled her head to deepen the kiss..All the way holding her so possessively..

He tried to make his entry into her..But she was stubborn to open her mouth...He bit her lower lips.. in return she parted her lips with a gasp and given in to his demand.. There opened the world of ecstasy..Tongues entwined... tasting the sweetness of others.. It was so new and a sizzling hot feeling which both of them were exploring for the first time..

At last they parted as they felt short of breath..Inhaled the oxygen for their lungs content...

Their heavy breath fanning each other's face...he looked at her fully flushed face.. Flaring with passion.. Lips swollen..her eyes were closed... he desperately wanted to look into her eyes..To see her consent for the lovely moment they had shared...He doesn't want her to regret their act..

The last thing on the earth he wanted to see was the regret in her eyes for the marking of their unspoken love...

He tucked the wet strand on her face behind her ear...and with a thudding heart he called her slowly.. "Raji.." it came as a mere whisper..His breath falling on her face ..Ticking her senses...

She opened her eyes with hesitance mingled with shyness...

There he had seen nothing but the reflection of pure love hidden deep down the valley of her heart..Her eyes showed complete submission...

The word submission carries the meaning of trust...dependence..Commitment..and everlasting love...

With an overwhelming emotions he couldn't resist himself from slamming his mouth on hers for yet another sizzling hot kiss...but this time it was slower and deeper and more passionate... the rain had stopped long ago..But the wetness of the land remained as if witnessing the untamed passion of them..

A kiss

An ancient language of love

Yet grows younger with age..

It reflects passion,

And indicates submission,

It absorbs pain gives comfort,

Constriction of lungs but

The enlargement of love..

Where the mouths stayed mute

But hearts speaks volume..

Tongues tied but souls unleashed..

A kiss is not a mere kiss..

It will always remains more than a kiss..

Finding solace

Sharing of bond

Igniting the passion

Adorning of mates

Accepting the need..

Desire of owning each other

Expression of affection

Feeling of ecstasy

And an entry pass to the eternity of love..

A shrill sound of her mobile had broken their kiss abruptly...it took some time for them to realize the intensity of the deed they had done...she closed her mouth and looked at him shock..He ran his hand over his hair to calm down his hyper active nerves..They have been not fully recovered from the overwhelming sensation they felt a moment ago..

She gathered all her wits together to come out of her romantic world to the reality..The phone was still ringing piercing and cutting their passion into tiny pieces..

She looked at the screen and her face became pale..

She looked at him for one last time with unfathomable expression and ran from there leaving him behind all puzzled...
