I thought of giving update based on the response for the above post.. As I could not find any reply so far, I assume everyone are busy and held up..

We shall plan the trip when atleast few show up their presence.. 😊 I wanted to make this a special one... that's why friends..

Part 60 - Holiday Special

Hari starts packing his things.. Lakshmi who notice this, asks him..

Laksh : hey... enna idhu... avan trip poradhukku unna pack panna solli velai vaanguraanaa ? enga andha Rascal ?

Hari : illa maa... I'm packing for myself..

Laksh : nee enga pora ?

Hari : adhe Munnar trip dhaan... I'm also joining them...

Laksh : idhu eppo ? sollave illai...

Hari : just ippo dhaan... actually one guy in my team couldn't make it up... so andha idam gaali...

Laksh : oh ok ok... sari enga andha Kedi ?

Hari : yaara ketkkureenga ?

Laksh : vera yaaru ? un udan pirandha sagodharan... avan innum pack pannala...

Hari : avan eppo seekkiram pannaan.. ? ellaame last minute dhaan...

That day, Krish came late in the night drenched in rain...

Laksh : mazhai naa unakku kondaattam.. ninnu varanum ngradhu laam kedayaadhu...

Krish : maa... already night aayiduchu... innum ninnu vandhaa... evlo neram aagum... adhuvum mazhai vidura maadhiri theriyala...

Laksh : sari sari... olunga thuvattittu padu..

Krish : hmmm... pannidalaam pannidalaam...

Next Day : Afternoon..

Hari : hey.. innum cool ah utkkaarndhirukka..? we have to leave in few hours...

Krish : send off panna naan ennathukku ready aaganum.. ?

Hari : what ?? enna olarra ?

Krish : huch... huch... paarthaa theriyala.. ? jalppu man... indha condition la naan Munnar vandhen naa..

Hari : dhideer nu eppadi cold vandhuchu... ?

Laksh : (enters their room) hmmm... sir.. neethu night mazhai la nallaa nanaijittu vandhirukkaaru... nee paakkalayaa ?

Krish : enga ? Sir dhaan nallaa aazhndha urakkathula irundhaaru...

Hari : last minute la varala nu sonnaa eppadi.. ?

Krish : munnaadi ye enakku theriyumaa cold varum nu...

Laksh : sari sari... ivan kitta vetti pechu pesaama... nee kelambu...

Krish : bro... wait.. wait... indha... nee en ticket la po...

Hari : I have Rahul's ticket...

Krish : adhu theriyum pa.. avan ticket la avane travel pannattum...

Hari : ippo sonnaa... avan eppadi ready aavaan... ?

Krish : innerathukku ready yaa iruppaan... already he was packing things for shifting to Hyderabad... just plan change dhaan... naan already inform pannitten...

Hari : oh good... but tell me the truth... is it just because you have cold.. you are not coming.. ? or for Rahul's sake ?

Krish : nee nambalanaa vidu... naan varala... if you don't use it... waste ah dhaan pogum...

come on... naan vandhaa I'm sure I couldn't enjoy the trip... It'll also spoil your mood as well...

Hari : sari... evening station ku drop panna varala ?

Krish : definitely...

Hari : apparam un friend Simi ku theriyumaa ? enna sonnaa ?

Krish : neeye ippadi question pannum bodhu... ava summaa iruppaalaa ? actual ah avalum pogala cancel panniduren nu sonnaa... avala convince panradhukkulla tired aayitten...

Hari : over buildup ah irukke.. ?

Hari is quite disappointed as his brother couldn't accompany them...

Hari : sure da...

Krish : adhu mattum illa... apparamaa edhaavadhu thonuchunaa call panren...

Laksh : avangala olunga trip ah enjoy panna vidamaattiyaa.. ? unakku shopping panna dhaan poraangalaa ?

Krish : maa... idhu enga dealing... neen varraadheenga... venumnaa neenga thaniyaa oru list pottu kodunga...

Central Railway Station :

Karthik and Vishnu family has come to send off their children.. They introduce their managers and friends to their parents... Also, some teased them as the entire family has come there as though they are sending their small kid alone...

The Train departs at the right time and the team starts their fun with some games... like Antakshri, Dumb Sharades .. Few even danced by playing the music and it was almost 1 o clock when they slept...

Morning 5:30 AM :

Train stops at Alapuzha Station and they get down with their luggages...

They check-in in a hotel in Munnar and refresh themselves and start for sight-seeing.. They hired a mini bus and stopped at few spots which had awesomatic view and took snaps...

It was a superb climate and everybody wanted it to enjoy to the core forgetting about the work waiting for..

Day 1 :

Echo Point

Dam & Boating

They came back to the hotel around 9 PM... After the dinner, they had camp fire set up and enjoyed with songs and dances...

Chennai : Office

Madhu seated along having lunch at the canteen... Krish who comes there, goes near her and asks hesitantly..

Krish : If you don't mind, naan inga utkaarndhu lunch saappidalaamaa ?

Madhu : enna Krish idhu.. ? asking my permission...

Krish : adhu vandhu... neenga en mela... kovamaa...

Madhu : adhellaam illai... be normal...

Krish : habbaa... thanks...

Madhu : but ippo kovam illa nu dhaan sonnen... I still stick to my point... Don't pull me in your play for her sake...

Krish : sure sure... avala kaaranam kaatti.. inimel eppavum appadi poiyaa solla maatten... fine ?

Madhu : fine (mind voice) poiyyaa solla vendaam... but unmaiyaa enkitta sollalaam... (smiles in shy)

Krish : ennanga ungalukkulla ye sirichukireenga...? enkitta sonnaa naanum sirippen la...?

Madhu : nothing... saappidunga.. 2'o clock training session irukku... fast...

Krish : ok ok...

Next Day :

Early morning 4:30 AM. Simi knocks the door of Hari's room... His room-mate got irritated as someone spoiled his sleep and came to open the door... Simi calls Hari and asks him to come out..

Hari : hey... enna indha nerathula ?

Simi : vaa walking poittu varalaam...

Hari : what ? ivlo kulurula yaa ?

Simi : indha chance namakku Chennai la kedaikkumaa ? don't be lazy... come soon... I'll be waiting downstairs in the reception...

Hari comes in 10 minutes.. The road was very silent with mist covered.. They both get down the streets and starts walking.. As it was so chill, Simi holds Hari's hands very tightly..

Hari : semmaiyaa irukku...

Simi : naandhaan sonnen la... ? super experience...

Hari : naan adhai sollala...

Simi : then.. ?

Hari : (naughtily holds her more tightly).. semma romantic walk..

Simi : (moves away from him) onnum sari illa... kedi daa nee...

Hari : (low voice) cha.. vaaya kuduthu naane kavuthuttene...

Simi : enna.. ?

Hari : onnum illa maa...

Simi : kochikkittiyaa ? ok ok... come on dear... (holds his hand again)

Hari : un kaigal korthu.. unnodu poga..
en nenjam dhaan yengudhe...
dhinam uyir vaangudhe...

Simi : un tholil saaindhu... kanmoodi vaazha..
en ullam alaipayudhey..
ayyo thadumaarudhe..

They had nice time walking together and enjoyed the weather...

Simi gets a call and she picks it up..

Simi : hey solludaa... ivlo seekkiram muzhichitta..

Krish : innum thoongave illa... cold romba paduthudhu.. night full ah thookkame illai..

Simi : oh... appo innaikku office cut ah ?

Krish : illa illa... konjam later ah poven...

Simi : neeya ippadi pesura.. ? nambave mudiyala...

Krish : reason irukku... ippo leave pottu edhukku leave ah waste pannanum... office poi attendance pottuttu.. mudiyala naa... dorm la poi rest edukka vendiyadhu dhaan... leave laam... work tight ah irukkum bodhu edukkanum...

Simi : hmmm... indha approach enakku pidichirukku...

Krish : sari... ippo enga irukka ?

Simi : morning walking vandhom...

Krish : Hari irukkaanaa pakkathula ?

Simi : hmmm... irukkaan... pesuriyaa... (gives the phone to him)

Krish : Hello Bro... phone adichaa edukka maattiyaa ?

Hari : walking dhaane porom nu.. phone ah room la ye vachittu vandhutten...

Krish : ippodhaan nee kandippa eduthuttu vandhirukkanum... Simi ya paaru... evlo planned ah irukkaa nu... how will others contact you if you are missing then...

Hari : ok da... I accept.. neeyum un friend um budhisaaligal nu...

Krish : appram bro... Simi kitta nee nallaa maattikitta pola... ?

Hari : what ? (mind voice) Simi kitta maattikkittenaa.. ?

Krish : kaalangaathaala... ezhuppi... walking koottittu vandhirukkaa la... adha sonnen...

Hari : oh adha sonniyaa... (mind voice) appaadaa...

Simi : (gets back the phone) ok daa.. nee first thoongu.. apparamaa naan call panren...

Krish : ok Bye.. Have a nice time...

On the way, they stopped to have a hot tea in that chill climate...

Then while returning, the topic changed..

Simi : sari... nethu boating ponappa... edho signal panniye... onnume puriyala... whats that ?

Hari : adhuvaa...

Simi : enna nu kettaa ippadi vetkkappadura ?

Hari : anga King boat onnu irundhadhu... only 2 people allowed... adhula naama rendu perum polaamaa nu ketten...

Simi : dei... adhu couples special daa...

Hari : ya ya... adhaan ketten... (winks)

Simi : no way... adhellaam ippo illa... ellaam marriage ku appram dhaan...

Hari : oh.. you mean Honeymoon... ?

Simi : yedho oru moon...

Hari : you are soo sweet... saving my money...

Simi : what ?

Hari : naan... Simla, Darjeeling, Swiz nu plan vachirundhen... nee Munnar eh podhum nu sollitta...

Simi : edhukku 1 choose pannanum... lets go to all the places... eppadi...?

Hari : aala vidudaa sami...

Simi : unna... (runs to beat him)

Day 2 :

Rajamalai - home of an endangered species of goat called Nilgiri Tahr

Anamudi - tallest peak in South India

Few guys went trecking at that place... Hari too joined those guys while the girls and few others stayed back..

Back from trecking, Simi noticed a Leech on Hari's leg. She shouted and first aid was given and she was angry as he went in spite of her warning...

Chennai :

Krish comes to office late around 11 AM. He missed a session which was arranged just then.. Others left early as they did not have much work.. Krish was reading the documents and tried to catch up the requirement...

Madhu who saw him still in front of the system, checks and got to know that he is there to learn what was shown on that day's session... She sits beside him and starts explaining... When they finished it and saw the time, it was 7:30 and the next bus is at 9 PM..

Krish : If you are ok, I can drop you at your home... solid ah 1 and a half hours wait pannanum... moreover.. ennaala dhaane late aachu...

Madhu : Krish... Krish... stop... naan varala nu sollalaye... neenga paattukku... reasons adikkitte poreenga...

Krish : he he...

Madhu : nallaa vazhiyudhu ... thodachukkonga...

Krish drives as Madhu says the direction where her residence is.. He stops and when she was about to get down, he asks...

Krish : one minute... is this your house ?

Madhu : aamaa... adha yen doubt ah ketkkureenga.. ?

Krish : evlo naala stay panreenga.. ?

Madhu : sondha veedunga... come on... whats your problem Krish.. ?

Krish : illa... its my friend Sudhan's house... already inga vandhirukkene...

Madhu : oh... adhaanaa... he is my cousin... idhu avanga veedu dhaan...

Krish : you mean...?

Madhu : As my parents are abroad now... naan thaathaa veetla stay pannirukken... along with my periyammaa family...

naankooda marandhutten... Madhusudhanan unga college la dhaan padichaan nu... I was telling to Simi on that day...

Krish : enna vishayamaa ?

Madhu : nothing... chumma just like that edho topic vandhappo pesunadhu... couldn't remember...

Krish : ok fine... I'll take leave...

Madhu : enna idhu... veettu vaasal varaikkum vandhuttu... ulla varaama poreenga... ?

Krish : illa... ammaa wait pannittu iruppaanga.. innoru naal varren... adhaan close aayittom la..

Madhu : ennadhu ?

Krish : I mean... Sudhan um ennoda friend.. adha sonnen...

Madhu : (mind voice) naan kooda sandhosha patten..
