Presentation goes missing from Raji's laptop. karthik and Vishnu talk about that which sounds that they are doubting Laksh...Raji scolds them for suspecting her.She says that she believe her friend, she will never do this to her.Karthik suggests to check the cctv footage.Raji disagrees.Karthik asks susan why she did like that..but she denies.She then calls Laksh to her room and thanks her for spoiling the presentation.Raji meets Viswanathan to explain what happened..he shouts at her for spoiling the trust he kept on her.Anbu mama helps karthik and Vishnu to access cctv footage.
Karthik alone enters the room to see the cctv footage .He sees Laksh pressing the delete button.He comes out of the room and tells mama and Vishnu that there was some technical problem so nothing got recorded .Laksh confesses her mistake to Raji .She takes it lightly and asks sorry for provoking her to behave like that.Laksh then confesses to Vishnu.He too takes that easily and consoles her saying he saw the pain in her eyes.He tells laksh that karthik too knew about this but he didn't tell even to Vishnu.Laksh feels so ashamed.Raji praises karthik for handling the situation smartly, hiding the truth from them so that they don't hate laksh.Karthik says laksh is basically a good girl,,in some bad mood she has done so.Susan's ex husband calls to inform her about his joining.She shouts at karthik for bringing goutham back and creating problem in her life.Karthik feels guilty.Laksh and Raji requests Viswanathan and gets another chance to do the presentation.Raji presents.He leaves without giving any comment about the presentation.
Raji is worried as vichu has not commented about the presentation.karthik cools her down .Anbu mama and manju convinces Madhan to confess his love to Swetha.Madhan's hesitating talk makes swetha to think that he is asking for money.. so she gives him money.Madhan gets upset and leaves silently.Manju scolds swetha saying he came to confess his love.Swetha becomes sad.Goutham joins office..meets susan and irritates her.
Raji meets vichu to know about the result of her presentation..He says that was perfect and advises her how to professionally present it in front of clients.Goutham meets vichu .He says he knows goutham is not a good leader and how desparate the Mumbai office people to get rid off him and how girls always refuse to work with him.He warns him to behave properly ,not to mix personal with work.Karthik gets annoyed on seeing goutham sitting beside raji , talking and laughing .Karthik asks Raji not to talk to Goutham as he don't like..But raji refuses to listen as she can't accept this reason.Karthik gets angry.
Susan tells karthik how she reached this level crossing so many hurdles without compromising in her professional life but failed in personal life;how strong she was before meeting karthik and become soft after that.Goutham has come now to disturb her in both personal and professional life.Had she the old strong susan she would have just like that chased him away. But she is afraid of him now and seeks karthik's help to face him. Goutham comes to canteen when susan karthik and Vishnu were chatting..and teases them and talk badly about karthik and susan..karthik warns him but goutham pushes karthik and tries to beat him...which ends up in fight ...susan and Vishnu separate them...goutham leaves threatening karthik...

The Best Character of the week is "Vishwanathan Sir"..As a Product Head it is not necessary to make raji with confidence to present such a big presentation being a fresher.But as a professional and as a leader..he not only motivated raji..but helped her in each instance seeing her point of view each time by giving so many chances to prove herself..Accoding to Vishwanathan , one who is passionate and ready to learn things is the successful professional in IT company..Evn though he is highly disappointed with raji by spoiling the work two times..since raji and lakshmi pleaded him he again gave raji the third chance to prove herself..Ten minutes of his time raji presented with confidence , smiling face and his responding way is classic..He either say no or yes..Raji and Vishwanathan has good combo..Its a Guru-Student relationship which is greatly potrayed here..Vishwananthan advice to raji regarding presenting before client..how many product head will do this..Really amazing...raji is lucky according to me..Vishwanathan conversation with gautham also fantastic..He pointed out gautham odd things knowing him and lastly giving him chance is great..On the whole vishwanathan is the man every IT company needed in every critical projects
