*Meenu tries to convince her in her own way

Episode 157:

Meenu uses "akka" sentiment with Thamarai to win her over.

Veerapandi cautions Mariyappa regarding Shakthi's involvement in the Anbu-Nila wedding because Saravanan will seek Shakthi's help. They both plan to send him to jail until Nila's wedding takes place.

Thamarai comes to visit Kamatchi athai, Velmurgan sees this and hides. She tells Kamatchi that her wedding with Velmurgan is on the same day as Saravanan-Azhagi's wedding. Thamarai informs Velmurgan of this! [lol funny scene to watch]

Thamarai meets Meenu and asks her decision regarding Saravanan. Meenu says that she is willing to sacrifice herself for the sake of her family and she wants her family to be happy even if she is crying. Thamarai gives a look of sympathy.

I really liked the response Meenu gave to Azhagi in yesterday's (Monday's) episode. Also felt bad for Meenu in the last scene in today's episode.

Episode 158:

Meenu advices Thamarai to use her money and educate kids and feed the poor in order to be purposeful in life. Thamarai remains silent throughout the speech.

Meenu informs Saravanan over the phone that she is going to meet with all the elders of the family regarding the case. Saravanan objects to this.

Meenu visits Kamatchi athai and she gets yelled at (as expected).

Saravanan apologizes to Meenu on behalf his mother for her actions towards Meenu. Saravanan says that they both should go somewhere far away but Meenu says why not stay here and change people instead?

Meenu calls Pandi to meet with him and his father, but he lies saying he is out of town. Meenu walks into the temple where Pandi and his father are.

the way kamatchi treated meenu was very bad 😡 why this girl his doing this??
