Nisha was waiting for viraj as today he is coming from his training camp... She was all ready to talk to viraj..
Door bell rang she ran in lighting speed to open door.. Opening door only get welcome a irritated viraj.. He settle himself on couch when nisha come directly giving him papers..
What is this" asked viraj taking paper to look at them
What the hell" viraj shouted " tu mujhe divorce degi haan" he shouted and slapped her hard due which she fell down..
Haan " she said lying on floor he again slapped
Acha bhout charbi chad gai hai tujhe 2 hafto se dose nhi diya na uska asar hai abi batata hun " he said holding her hair roughly pulling her by her hairs only.. When suddenly Door of the house got opened police come in and arrested viraj for domestic violence and said to nisha she is safe now she can get divorce easily by showing the video clip.. While she nodded
Nisha tera dimag kharab ho gaya hai kya tu mujhe jail bhejhvaegi kitni badnami hogi socha hai tune... Main pati hun tera " said viraj trying to getting free from the grip of constable...

Said nisha with tear in her eyes
Kabir and saurav who had come to give video clip to police saw all the outburst of nisha and have proud on her...
Sir video clip" said saurav handling a CD to inspector
Kabir come forward and punched viraj harder and ordered to take him away..
Only Nibir and saurav was left in the house.. Saurav turn toward nisha and asked " u OK??" While she nodded
Thanks kabir " said nisha looking toward kabir only as he back faced her while kabir just nodded
Flashback
Kuch toh soch kabir kuch toh" said kabir pacing here and there
Aise ghumne kaam nhi chalega kuch soch na kabir " said saurav munching his snacks
Haan haan thush ne se kaam chalega " said kabir sarcastically
Haan toh tu bhi le na " Said saurav offering a packet of potato chips
Kabir looked at him with exhausted face Then grab the packet and start eating..
Namak jayda hai " said kabir
Hai na mujhe bhi lag raha tha" said saurav
Seeing this scene nisha started giggling uncontrollably
Nibir and saurav was at kabir's office making plan how to make nisha free from this marriage... As they need solid proof against viraj... Nisha was not talking with kabir she having so many complaint so many emotion to burst out so many things to tell kabir.. But all are choking her making her blank...
So here she had come to make plan as kabir's words had deeply shaken her and she want to get free from this unwanted relation... She want herself back... Kabir had told her he will get some job offers for her make her more independent... she come here to plan but seems like her two idiot friend do everything except planing...
Stop it saurav tu mujhe bhatka raha hai " said kabir throwing packet back to saurav

Kabir sat on his office table and took a look of nisha who had composed herself... sitting on couch and thinking something he sigh in then he turn toward saurav who was busy in eating... Bhukhad" kabir mumble
Just then knock on his cabin door may I come in sir ??" Asked theperson from out
Yes come in" said kabir with polite
Kabir sir, sir is calling u " said the PA of arjun

Actually sir wanted to get new employee in the company..."
But we don't have vacancy right"
Yes , but sir wanted to fire some employee who are not giving there 100% to the work do other things on office hours " said PA
And how will dad know that workers are not giving their 100% or do other things " asked kabir

Something got click in kabir mind and he started shouting " aagai aagai aagai" making other three of them startled

Nice but its dangerous for nisha " said saurav
Are hum police KO apne sath shamil kar lenge or main nisha KO kuch nhi hone dunga" said kabir
Hmm police humare sath rahegi toh theek hai hum kuch hone se pehle rok lenge" said saurav then turn to nisha asked her " is this plan is OK ?? Are you ready??"
She nodded in yes and agreed into the plan...
Flashback end
Kabir turned toward NiRav and saw from the conner of nisha lips blood is coming and viraj had scribbled her on the floor due to which some scratches was on her hands and legs.. he immediately ran to her while sauarv said he will wait for him out and left..
He made nisha settle on couch and started looking here and there for some thing
First aid box is in that drawer " said nisha pointing toward front cabinet...

He knew this is last few days with her as he said her he will go away from her but how he will live without her as this time there is no hope that she is waiting for him...

Seeing her pain his heart also ached he can't see her like this tear escape in his eyes too...He dressing her with all love and care which reflected in his eyes while nisha try to read his eyes

You should go now saurav must be waiting " said nisha breaking the eye lock

It being not easy for nisha as this news spread all over and gangwals also got to know about this.. They tried to change nisha decision but she didn't give a damn she told them she will not change her decision they tell her if she is thinking that after leaving viraj she is welcomed in gangwal house that not going to happened and they will break all relation with her she agreed with this and broke all relation with gangwals...
She was very sad as all her relations was broken... She was all alone in this world " she thought just then doorbell rang...
She open the door only find a lost kabir she had opened the door still he was pressing the doorbell
Kabir" said nisha Lil loudly to broke his trance
Hun??" Said kabir coming out of his trance

Ohh yes main yah ye dene aaya hun "said kabir giving her favorite brownies while she shoot him a confuse look
Are meri mom kehti hai kuch acha kaam karne se pehle mitha khana chaiye" said kabir
She smile on this seeing her smiling his lip also make a curve
OK then bye " said kabir in pain n left nisha also not feel good when he left...

She come back to her room looked out from window then notice it was raining heavily and kabir had brought this chocolate brownies for her only to make her smile.. She was so touched by his gesture.. There was a note on the packet she took out and read it... it says
Jab dur dur tak ek nisha brownie pakdti hai toh kabir kehata hai kha le nisha kha le warna bukkad saurav aa jayega...
She giggled loudly on this new shollye dialog... And forget what she was thinking before...

The day had come for which nibir was waiting it was final hearing of viraj and divorce case which decision come in favor of nisha
Now she is independent , can live life like a free bird, he was done with his work now he had to leave as nisha don't want him to be part of her life.. Thought kabir seeing nisha smiling on saurav who was celebrating nisha's independence he smiled in satisfaction and left from there leaving nisha again...
