A sniffing little 2nd standard girl sat on the bench of the garden waiting for her best friend to arrive. She stared at the grass continuously blinking her eyes trying to hold back the hot pearls threatening to flow through her cute little eyes. She rubbed her eyes with her little palms as she heard him calling her name
"nishu"he shouted running towards her he pushed himself up and sat on the bench beside her he stared at his cute little angel as she passed him a small smile but her smile was not reflecting in her beautiful black orbs
"nishu why are you sad???"
"I am not sad jojo see I am smiling" she spoke with a fake smile plastered on her face
"nishu you can't lie to your jojo now tell me what happen"
She looked down as tears started forming in her eyes again he held her face and picked her chin up he stared in the beautiful black orbs which were flooded with tears he quickly removed his handkerchief from his pocket and wiped her tears
Tears in her eyes was the last thing he wanted to see the thought of her being in pain brought tears in his eyes too
"nishu plz tell me na kya hua hai???" he asked as a tear made it's way through his little cheek she caught the tear in her little palm and asked
"why are you crying jojo"
"because my nishu is crying"he replied innocently
She quickly rubbed her eyes with her tiny palms and said
"I am not crying" saying so she wiped his tears too "now smile"
"No first tell me why were you crying"
She was unusually silent today this troubled him even more
"Nishu tell me na plz...someone shouted at you???...that kirti snatched away your doll???...sukku spoiled your drawing???...tell me ma nishu...I won't leave them i promise"
"jojo"she said sniffing and threw herself in his arms crying loudly while he rubbed his hand on her back trying to calm her down
"jojo...I...I am leaving"
He broke the hug and cupped her face
"leaving??"
"papa ke vo motu boss hum logo ko dusre city ma bhej raha hai"
"Why???!...tell your papa that you don't want to go i won't let you go "
"I told him...par papa ne bola ki hume jaana hi padega...jojo I don't want to go" she started crying again
He circled his arms around her waist and caged her not letting even air pass between them
"I won't let you go nishu" he said tightening his grip over her waist while she cried even more
Soon she broke the hug and wiped his tears
"jojo I am your angel na?"
She asked innocently while he nodded his head in confirmation
"then plz smile for me" he did as she told she stared his smiling face and said
"I promise one day I will return to you"
Saying so she took his hand in tiny hand and placed a kitchen with 'NiBir' written on it in it she quickly placed a peek his cheek and said "I will miss you jojo" she jumped down the bench and ran to her place leaving him alone

A smile made it's way to her lips as the old memories came running in her mind she intertwined her hand with his and rested her head on his shoulder
"I completed my promise"she whispered as she stared at the rings in their hands while he passed his heart warming smile
"you know nishu that was the most difficult moment of my life"
"you seriously think after spending my whole day with you bearing your silly antics it was easy for me to leave you I have missed you like hell"
"I missed you too nishu"saying so he embraced her in his arms while she smiled at him
"I love you my jojo"
"I love you too...n don't call me jojo now it's kabir" he said pouting breaking the hug
"Aww so cute"saying so she ruffled his hairs "but for me you are and you will be my jojo"
Exams postpone hone ke gum ma kuch likha h accha na lagega toh maaf kar dena 😆
