It was February already and she didn't even know if he would come back home this year for the Valentines' too. He was a trainee in one of the best Modelling Agency which was going to give him a Big Break soon, she knew it was his career that was keeping him away from her and she too wished that he became a successful Actor.
The doorbell rang breaking her chain of thoughts, she opened the door and saw a courier man on the step, she signed and took the courier from him and opened it thinking it was another bill but her lips curved into a smile seeing some Valentines' cards in it and a letter too.

Sorry couldn't send you roses yesterday but the fact is I couldn't select a rose or a bouquet that was beautiful as you.

Since it is the Promise Day today, I make some promises to you! The seven vows are said to be sacred but I wish to take seven vows which I have written for you... I wish to fulfil all my promises till the last breath of mine, with a wish to take the last breath in your arms repeating these vows as I breath my last!
I know you are a person who is really sensitive. You are affected by small little happenings around you. And that beautiful smile on your face disappears somewhere. I'll make sure that I make you laugh when you want to cry. Rather than finding that missing gorgeous smile I'd hear your melodious laughter.
I know you are that person that easily breaks down when someone hurts you. Your heart is fragile that easily breaks when someone you love gives you pain. I won't stop you from breaking down but I'll be there to hold you when you break down!
I am very much aware of this fact that you get annoyed when I irritate you but the fact is that I find you very cute when you are annoyed and to keep admiring your cute face I tend to irritate you for every small thing.
You are talkative and so am I but I promise to keep mum and listen to you when you blabber continuously, even if it is utter nonsense or something I am not interested at all I will always keep quiet and listen to your words absorbing each of them.
At times you don't speak but there are several untold emotions in your heart. I will look in your eyes to read them and understand them but if I fail to do so, I shall try to understand your silence. Your heart beats will tell me what you want to say when your eyes and lips refuse to speak.
You love to hide your emotions and pile them up in your heart, you don't let anyone know but you cry in the dark. I will evade the darkness anyhow and come to you. Hugging you tight I'll sit next to you. Even though you Leave Me Alone', I'll be with you together we shall morn.
I know there are people who hesitate to accept their love in front of the world for some reason or the other, but I'd never do this at any cost. Your love is my strength, I am proud of the fact that whatever I am today is because of your love and support. I'll never hesitate to tell the world that you are my love.
On this day when the entire world makes Promise to each other, I make a promise to you that all that I have written in the letter I shall keep each and every word of mine.

She had tears in her eyes but a small smile too, she hugged the letter and kissed it. She knew what he said is all true. She whispered "I love You" as she opened the Valentine's card, which was full of those moments they were captured in their hearts as he had printed them and put them together in
that card.
