CHAPTER 22

Kabir was searching Nisha like a crazy person..He got to know that Nisha was on the stage and doing her mehendi ritual...Kabir went to her and his breathing almost stopped...Nisha was looking so gorgeous that Kabir forgot to blink his eyes...Nisha saw him like that and laughed a bit while blushing...Her mehendi was done...She showed her hands to Kabir and Kabir kept staring at her...Nisha was blushing too much, suddenly a teenager came to them and Nisha thought to herself that she was saved...

Nisha: Kabir, look who is here...

Kabir: Whoah! When you arrived champ? By the way I am angry Bunty..

Bunty: Oho Kabir Bhaiya, Papa was on a trip for some project...What could I do? *sad face*

Nisha: Awwle my baby bro...It is okay, chill. At least you guys are here now...

Kabir: *laughs* Arey I was joking...Don't make sulk faces champ...I know uncle was on a trip...

Bunty: *Excited* Di, Bhaiya look I bought a new camera...Will take a lot of photos of your wedding...

Kabir: Wow kiddo...Nice! *pulls his cheeck*

Nisha: Take nice nice photos okay? *pampering Bunty*

Bunty: Okaaay...*joyful voice*

This was Bunty...The son of Rakesh's collegue and they lived nearby in Berlin...Bunty and his family were really close to both Nisha and Kabir's family and Bunty used to spent almost the whole day at Nisha's place when he was a little kid...In Berlin almost whoever knew Nisha, also knew Bunty as her younger brother and loved him so much..

Kaynaat called Bunty for some work, so he left...Kabir and Nisha were gossiping a bit when Kirti came to them with some gifts...

Kabir: Arey Kirtu, gifts?!

Kirti: Haha yeah, one for my sweetest sister-in-law and another for my not so sweet brother...

Nisha: *laughed* Awwh thank you so much love...

Kabir: Wow now this is good huh? *hits on Kirti's head slightly*

Kirti: *slapping Kabir slightly* Yes brother that is it..Nishu, I hope you will like it...I don't know much about your taste...I made what I just felt like...*not so sure expression*

Nisha: *holding Kirti's hand* Come on love, you did it for me only, that is what matters and nothing else...Moreover, I am sure that the dress will be the best one afterall you run a huge boutique here and that too your designed clothes...*hugs Kirti, Kirti hugs her too*

Kirti: *breaking the hug* By the way, the letter K is well hidden na?

Nisha: In mehendi? Oh yeah of course...*evil smile*

Kirti: *evil smile* Kabir now you are gone...

Kabir: I will find it anyway...*damn care face*

Nisha and Kirti looked at each other and said together..

Nisha-Kirti: WE WILL SEE...

Kabir: Kirtu, you are already in Nishu's team?

Kirti: I was never in your team brother...

Kirti and Nisha laughed out while Kabir made faces...

They had really an awesome time in the Mehendi function the whole day...Bunty did an amazing job, whenever he found NiBir alone or trying to do some romance, he clicked photos and Kabir chased him away everytime...Everyone laughed at it...

It was evening time and it was the time for the Sangeet ceremony... Both Nisha and Kabir looked too good..Nisha's heart beat almost stopped seeing Kabir in a navy blue kurta...The hall of the palace was decorated beautifully...There were some big screens all over the hall room and all the cute photos of Nisha and Kabir from their childhood to till then were being showed there...Nisha and Kabir were so touched by the idea of the photos done by their family group...The real fun of sangeet began with the dance perfomance of the family gang boys...

Umesh, Saurav and Suketu performed on 'Bachna Aae Hasino'..They rocked the stage totally...Umesh and Saurav were never into dance but just because it was Nisha's wedding they did it...Nisha was so emotional seeing them dance...

Then it was the turn for the family gang girls...Jwala along with Samaira performed on 'London Thumakda'..The two beauties danced totally perfectly...

Then Bunty performed on 'Battameez Dil' very dashingly...

After that it was the time for some romantic couple dance, Suketu and Samaira perfomed on the 'Maan Mast Maagan' song...They set the stage on a dreamy scenario...

It was then Kaynaat and Kirti's turn...They performed very cutely on 'Chittiyan Kalaiyaan'...

Everyone was so happy with the perfomances...Then the performers played the song 'Mehendi Lagake Rakhna' from the movie Dilwaale Dulhaniya Le jayenge and brought everyone to the stage...They all danced together and had some beautiful moments...Later on, many other songs were played and they continued dancing together...

The sangeet was so melodious and lovely but Nisha felt bad somehow...No one of the family gang nor Kabir remembered her wish to dance on 'Navrai Majhi' song...She was about to change her clothes when Samaira and Kaynaat came...They wanted to take some photos with Nisha...Though Nisha was not in the mood but she agreed...At some point they wanted to take Nisha to the rooftop...As Nisha was not feeling good so she thought maybe the fresh air would make her feel a bit better..She went to the rooftop with them...Hardly Nisha imagined something like that could happen...The whole rooftop was decorated just like the sangeet hall...Nisha was mesmerised by it...Her family gang and their family, her parents, Kabir's parents, Dolly-Kirti's family, Bunty's family were there...Everyone screamed 'SURPRISEEE' at the top of their lungs...Nisha took a bit time to realise what was happening...Kabir looked at her with a winning smile...Nisha was already emotional...Suddenly Suketu's voice brought her back to the reality...

Suketu: Ah well, as you all can see there is a giant screen here also but here you guys will witness all the weird, dumb photos of this dumb couple...

Umesh: Don't worry Kabira, we won't show the photos Bunty took today...

Everyone laughed out loud and NiBir blushed heavily...

Nisha was blushing, suddenly she felt someone held her hand, she looked beside and was surprised to see Kabir on knees...

He again took Nisha for a dance and they were dancing in a funny way...

At the end of the song Kabir lifted Nisha in his arms and everyone clapped...Both the shy love birds again blushed...

Then the family gang played the song 'Navrai Majhi' and Kabir whispered to Nisha..

Kabir: You wanted to dance with your family gang and family after all the guests would leave right? So we did plan all of it for that...

Nisha looked at him and then looked at the others being speechless...The gang along with Samaira, Kirti and Bunty took Nisha in the middle and started dancing while Dolly sat on a chair and danced from there, sitting on the chair..Kabir came to Nisha and kept pushing her to dance...

Nisha danced with them and later all the others also joined...Nisha was loving it totally...All her dreams were coming true..

Rakesh cupped Nisha's face and kissed on her forehead, Sunita hugged her...They were really very emotional then...Nisha hugged them being all emotional too..

On that emotional moment, Kabir joined the family hug on which Nisha and her parents smiled...Kabir smiled at them...Then again everyone started dancing...They all made it the best time...

Nisha was preparing her bed..She heard a knock on the door...She opened the door and saw her family gang standing there...

Saurav: Told you earlier, tonight it would be the crying session night...

Umesh: Yep

Jwala: I just thought, I should join these two also afterall my sis is getting married too...

Suketu: Ah and here is me, who is now just getting forced to cry by coming here...

Nisha laughed with a fade smile, everyone wanted to laugh to make her feel better but somehow they could not properly...They made her sit on the bed and hugged her together...They broke the hug after a long time

Jwala: Nishu, *holding her hands* I know things will change after marriage, we won't be able to roam around like before as responsibilities will increase but we will always be the same my sis...You will always be the special one amongst us...Love you Nishu..

She cried out and they hugged...Suketu hugged them too...

Suketu: I did not want to cry but you guys seem to be very adamant on making me senti...Nishu we love you...You are the best, always remember...

They broke the hug...

Jwala: Now, let us leave Sukku...Sauro is getting emotional from the morning and Umesh acting so nervous and emotional from the morning too...The trio needs some alone time...

Suketu: Yeah right, Jwalu...

Suketu and Jwala left...

Nisha: Bagu? Bhaiti? *She cried out, hiding her face in her hands*

Saurav and Umesh hugged her..

Saurav: Don't cry Guddi...Look your dream is coming true..Why crying?

Umesh: Areh you mad girl, Chiki look, be happy you are getting that asshole for lifetime...

Both the brothers tried to hide their emotions...

Nisha: *breaking the hug* I will always be your Chiki and Guddi...We grew up so fast na?

With that then it was impossible for both Umesh and Saurav to hold onto their emotions anymore...So they let it come out and they again hugged her...

Umesh: You will always be...You will never be grown up for us...Not even when you will have grandchildren...

Saurav: Yeah, exactly! Little Guddi can never grow up..Getting married will never make you aged for us, understood?

Nisha hugged her brothers tightly...After a while Umesh reminded Saurav that they should leave as Sunita and Rakesh told them that after them, they wanted to spent some time with Nisha too...Saurav and Umesh kissed on Nisha's forehead and they left...

Nisha was sitting on the bed, waiting for her parents...After some moments Rakesh and Sunita came in...They looked at Nisha and Nisha ran to them and hugged them...Sunita and Rakesh tried to make her calm...

Rakesh: Why my princess is crying?

Sunita: She is going to her prince na? Why sad?

Nisha: I will miss you mamma-papa!

Rakesh and Sunita's heart skipped a beat...They hugged her tightly and could not hold a grip on themselves anymore...The parents with their little princess cried out too...

Rakesh: My princess, you are the best gift to us...My little pretty princess...

Then they sat on the bed...Sunita held Nisha's hand...

Sunita: Look dear, now you have to be more responsible...So many responsibilities will be now on you, you will have to act more sensible and more matured...I know you can do it the best but being a mother I always end up being tensed...

Nisha: *holding Sunita's hand tightly for assuring her* Don't worry mamma, your daughter won't let you down...

Rakesh: We are proud of our daughter...*held Nisha and Sunita's hand*

Then Nisha leaned on the lap of her parents as she wanted to sleep like that on that night...Sunita kept singing a lullaby for her and Rakesh kept on moving his hand on her head until their princess fall asleep...
