OK so guys my 2 vms on Niraj on Behka & Sab mera tu had been removed from YouTube bcoz of copyright????!!! I seriously don't understand this.I got it today. here what it was written We have received copyright complaint(s) regarding material you posted, as follows: from Aiplex Software Pvt Ltd about Niraj Nisha & Viraj vm on Sab mera tu - suhani rahman Video ID: vjn9TFSl2k4 from Aiplex Software Pvt Ltd about Niraj Nisha Viraj vm Behka - suhani rahman Video ID: nr1LS0NL9_E Please note: Repeat incidents of copyright infringement will result in the deletion of your account and all videos you have uploaded. Please delete any videos for which you do not own the necessary rights, and refrain from uploading infringing videos. Oh so sad Suhani...I have been admiring ur VMs.

Looks like the audio you have used have copyright issues?

I m not sure but heard from friends like we have to delete that video or our account may be closed..Did u delete that after this ?

May be others can help us if they have some idea in this...

I don't know..But why bcoz of audios my videos will be deleted?! I didn't copy anyone's VM or anything. I only used Songs from movie.And u know there are many more VMS on YouTube on the song Behka & Sab mera tu. 😔 I am so confused.

Suhani...same problem happened with me...my all 4 vm's on niraj has been deleted and this msg is written on it...dont knw wht 2 do now..😭

It is not due to the audio... it is due to the video content... I will send some help soon...

I hope I am able to solve the problem... it is very ughh 😡 to know when you get to know that your hard work has half gone down the drain...

Hi Suhani,

I have had the same notice due to copyright complaint(s)from Aiplex Software Pvt regarding material (Dil dosti Dance vms) I posted on youtube. I have seen several videomixes prior to this on youtube that are available including the same clips and according to my understanding the claims are not abiding the rules of fair use of content. The vms will only promote the tv show and the artists involved (I do not make any profit out of them). However youtube has deleted 4 of my videomixes. If anyone has information as to how these strikes can be avoided please do reply. Thank you

Hi Suhani,

I have contacted the anti-piracy company (Aiplex Software Pvt Ltd ) to retract their claim, however they are unable to do this and I was informed to contact star india (in my case), for the retraction. The reply said:

Hi,

Unfortunately we don't have the permissions to withdraw the YT link/account once we notify YT. You have to contact the content owner (Star India Private Limited) to do the needful.
