TBH, I do realize fans' POV too. Season 5 of TVD was suffocating and the only reason I watched Season 8 was because I wanted to know with whom would Elena end up. So it's okay if fans want to watch their favorites or closure regarding certain plots.

I'll be completely honest, at the end I would definitely say Ranveer is one of the most well-behaved MLs I have seen and in front of him, even Ansh seems like a pseudo Sanskari. Yes, he was a plain character but he was adorable.

So if I could sail through those horrible post leap episodes for Piya, I can definitely understand if fans stuck to MATSH for Ranveer. Plus, despite being a typical FL, whatever Ishani did, it was for Ranveer. Not like YHM where Ishita kept saying she did it for her family but in the true sense she only complicated things. The chemistry of the leads was good enough and it was relevant - aisa nahi ki abhi gali de rahe hain aur agla hi moment pool par toot pade, if you know what I mean. 😉 😉 😉

But as much as I love Nazar, I can't include it in this category. The ending was marvelous and we all forgot the BS they threw at us but now when I watch older episodes, my disgust increases only and I still stick to my comment that it should have ended way before it actually did. The best thing about Nazar was it was fast and they changed the tracks very fast. Otherwise if the tracks were lengthy, we would truly realize the negativity Ved and Ansh brought themselves and at that point we wouldn't be so enthusiastic about it.

Ishaani is a nutcase. But there were certain points where I genuinely felt bad for her and at the end of the show, it didn't seem like either of them didn't deserve the other. Considering SJ destroyed KD after 150 episodes but this one could survive 446 episodes, I am more than impressed. 👏

Then I came across a post regarding the movie "Kya Kehna" and there while comparing the characters with other movies, the TM was indirectly putting SRK's character Rahul from KKHH in the same category as the heroes...no villains of the movies "Mehendi" and "Raja ki Aayegi Baraat"... And I was like: mana ki SRK's character was not some great or epic character but at least he was better than the other two who were actually plain villains...

Now, KKHH is trash and as much as I admire SRK as an actor, Rahul as a character is pure c*****a. But even then there's no relevance between Kya Kehna and KKHH. Neither Anjali had a backbone like Preity Zinta's character nor Rahul left a girl after impregnating her.

Mehendi's villain was inhuman and I haven't seen RKAB.

So I fail to understand on what basis they were drawing these parallel. 😵😵😵😵😵

Even though I am a huge fan of SRK still I myself dislike KKHH and SRK's character, Rahul... But still, there is no relevance between KKHH and Kya Kehna...cos as you say, neither did Anjali have a backbone and nor did Rahul leave any girl after impregnating her.

Mehendi's villain was totally inhuman... and ultimately he died by the FL's hands.

And RKAB was totally crap. The lead raped Rani's character and then, she ended up falling in love with him...with of course, the ML being redeemed due to the FL's love or whatever. 🤷

Isiliye I never understood the basis on which they were setting the parallels...
